Situated in the heart of Polonnaruwa and overlooking the panoramic Parakrama Samudraya, The Lake House provides a peaceful getaway featuring elegantly furnished rooms and free internet access. Location was perfect. The room interior and ambience was classy and retained sri lankan features. Spectacular view. And service was par excellence. Didnt have enough. Definitely coming back for more.

Tishan Holiday Resort is located in Bendiwewa in the region of Polonnaruwa, it features a year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace. Guests can enjoy meals at the restaurant. Even though our stay was rather short, we really enjoyed the time we spent at Tishan Holiday Resort. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a pool and beautiful view over the fields. The location is quiet and a bit on the outskirts of the city, while still being very accessible by tuktuk. I would definitely like to stay there again.

This is a very nice hotel in Polonnaruwa . The location is central and the service is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging excursions for us.

Giritale Hotel is located in the Ancient City of Polanaruwa, overlooking the beautiful Giritale Lake. It features scenic views with an outdoor pool, a restaurant and rooms with air-conditioning. Fantastic experience at Giritale Hotel. Staff, especially Mr. Thushan, made my family and I feel so welcome. It's not easy traveling with an infant, but at Giritale Hotel we felt like family!

This hotel was very clean with a lovely swimming pool, and they offered very nice breakfast and excellent dinner! All staffs were helpful and many thanks to the boss, he took care of every details for us! my family were all satisfied and everything was good, I would sincerely recommend this hotel :)

As soon as we arrived after a long day of traveling the hosts brought us some welcome drinks. The pool was amazing and had some drinks while relaxing there. We did not feel like going out for dinner and the owners cooked us an amazing meal! We had some nice conversations and this was probably one of the best stays we’ve had in all our time in Sri Lanka. Thanks again!

The place looks great, the room is nothing luxurious but it is clea. the water preassure and hot water is extremely good. We had no chance to try the pool but it looked super nice and inviting. We really liked the small seating area with the colourful lights around at entering. Breakfast was good. The location is unbelievebly good. This place is well worth the money!

Royal Nest is a bed and breakfast with air-conditioned rooms offering garden views and free WiFi in public areas. Very nice stay, with a very friendly and welcoming family.
