The staff was BEYOND wonderful. I only stayed there for a night but the next time i come to Riga inshallah I will only stay in the Grand Poet hotel. I loved everything about the room as well, very beautiful decor, clean and attention to details was so great.

The hotel has a fitness centre and indoor swimming pool, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. First time to stay in a Kempinski hotel and it did not disappoint. Well-appointed rooms, excellent facilities and attentive staff. Location was superb, right smack in the Old Town. Everything from tourist attractions to commercial establishments to the famous Riga Xmas Market was a pleasant walk away. Will definitely consider staying again.

I cannot say one or two things. But as I had a lot of experiance regarding to hotels - this was really the best hotel, where I have ever been. There was everything. Spa zone and breakfast was so so good. Recommend for 1000 % .

There also is an indoor swimming pool which is over 8 metres long. Excellent location of the hotel, right in the city center. Newly furnished, modern and clean hotel. After a long cold day we appreciated the spa area. Very good breakfast.
