Locatia este in medina, foarte aproape de principalele obiective. In zona gasesti cam tot ce ai nevoie. Riad-ul este foarte curat, am avut o surpriza foarte placuta ca ne-a dat o camera mai mare decat rezervasem, mobilata foarte frumos cu un pat imens in care ne-am odihnit mai bine ca acasa. Ne-au primit cu ceai si dulciuri si ne-au detaliat pe harta ce este de vazut, pe unde sa mergem, de unde putem cumpara lucruri si ce sa evitam. Gazda a fost deosebit de amabila. Micul dejun este unul tipic marocan, foarte divers, cu ceai, cafea si fructe. Recomandam cu drag acest riad.

Nothing was too much and they catered for our every need - from the owners to the waiters. Thank you. The food was outstanding, fresh, homemade, and full of flavour, prepared by talented local chefs right on site. Our stay was nothing short of wonderful, and we’re already dreaming of our return.

Riad Louna Fes & Spa se află în Fès și are o piscină în aer liber, o grădină, un lounge comun și o terasă. By far, the entire staff, especially Amin and Hayat, were extremely professional and helpful! This was one of the best staffs we have ever encountered! Our son, Dorian, became ill due to the heat at the beach in Rabat and the staff helped us at night and the next two days with him. They did not have to provide so much support. They supported our every request. We loved the conversations with Hayat and other staff members. It is very important to us to speak with the staff, if we can. It helps with the vibe of the place. The location of Riad Louna is superb! We stayed at Riad Louna for 6 days and used it as our "base camp." We did individual tours with our tour guide, Adil Loula, each of the 6 days. We visited the Fes Medina, military museum, Volubilis (Wow!), Meknes, toured and spent 3 hours on the beach in Rabat, Middle Atlas Mountains, Irene, and Chefchaouen ("the Santorini of Morocco") plus other panoramic locations. It was nice to return to the riad after a long day and rest in our large family room. The most upper terrace of the riad was nice in the evening - so relaxing and peaceful!

The place is stunning, breakfast was amazing, and hospitality from the staff is really top notch. We had a little issue with the booking and they went above and beyond to fix it. We truly felt pampered when staying here :)
