The apartment itself was sparkling clean and new and we were grateful for the laundry facilities. Lots of space and a really big nice comfy bed. The kitchen was fantastic, had absolutely everthing you would need.

It’s incredibly easy to meet people here—whether during beach walks, at nearby cafés, or over sunset cocktails—which adds a warm and social dimension to the otherwise tranquil experience. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, adding to the sense of personalized boutique hospitality. A special mention goes to the manager, Sonja, who was truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the stay. SANA TULUM is perfect for travelers seeking a boutique eco-luxury experience, combining jungle, beach, sustainability, tranquility, and understated elegance in one of Tulum’s most beautiful settings. Highly recommended—I would gladly return.

מקום האירוח Menesse Apartments שוכן במרחק של 1.4 ק''מ ממרכז טולום ו-3.2 ק''מ מהאתר הארכיאולוגי בטולום, ומציע יחידות אירוח ממוזגות עם טרסה, בריכת שחייה חיצונית וגינה. החדר היה גדול ונוח, אזור עם ספה וארון נפרד עזר בארגון. המטבח היה מאובזר די טוב חוץ מקרש חיתוך שהיה חסר לנו מאוד. מלון הדירות היה מרשים ומתוחזק היטב, עם לובי מרשים ונוח. המענה מהמארחים היה מהיר והורגש הרצון הטוב שתיהיה לנו חוויה טובה. איש הקבלה של הבניין ששמו לואיס היה ממש מקסים ושירותי ועזר לנו למצוא פתרון לבעיית התניידות.

The accommodation is really beautiful and spacious, the pictures are not deceiving! Also super clean and the equipment is great. Super detailed video instructions for self check-in. Quick communication. Gated community so it feels also safe to park the car outside.
