I loved that it's a complete experience. It had everything. A park in front, a great view, an incredible terrace, parking, amazing breakfast, and great value for money. I loved it. The staff is not genuanuily nice but they try to do a good job. The service is not great compared to other places in Mexico, but it's not bad either. The facilities in the bedroom are not well maintained like the carpet and some of the furniture, but it is not bad either. Overall I was extremely happy to have stayed in this place...

Featuring a spacious garden and outdoor swimming pool, this hotel is situated in Santiago de Querétaro’s financial district. The city's historic centre is only 5 minutes’ drive away. The place is just amazing. Feels like a little neighborhood. Its gardens, pool area and water features are beautiful.

This hotel alone is a reason to come to Querétaro. It feels like a perfect weekend experience, especially if you’re lucky to catch a concert happening on site. But even without any events, it’s a pleasure to spend the evening at the brewery bar and then start the morning with a swim in the warm pool. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, the territory is beautiful, calm, and thoughtfully designed. It’s one of those places you want to come back to — and proudly bring your friends to. A small note for future guests: during both days of our stay, all spa treatments were fully booked, so if you’re planning to use the spa, it’s definitely worth reserving in advance. That said, the shared spa areas — the sauna and the humid room — are accessible and very pleasant. Special thanks to the administrator Ilyas (sorry, I may have misheard the name) for the care and attention. You can really feel the enormous work and dedication behind this project. It’s deeply impressive and deserves great respect. Wishing the owners and the whole team all the best.

Casa Oxa Hotel se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Historic Monuments Zone din Querétaro, la 6,6 km de Centrul de congrese din Queretaro, la 8 minute de mers pe jos de San Francisco Temple... Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. Very clean (and pretty much new). Amenities were nice too. Location is really good and while we were able to find a parking space outside, they have a special tariff in a nearby parking lot.

We enjoyed our fife nights in total - cleaning of the apartment - silence - tweeting of colorful birds as a morning concert…and the panoramic view to the mountains…The helpful staff added the nice vibes!

VILLAS EL ENCANTO is offering accommodation in Jalpan de Serra. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the central location to visit Sierra Gorda. Amazing staff, very clean, comfortable, well equipped. Nice pool. Highly recommended.
