It was so close to all the sites we wanted to see and had a perfect stay in Leon with our two kids. Would definitely come back!

Steps to a clean sandy beach, short stroll to many beachside restaurants. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay, and extended it by a day as we didn’t want to leave this beachside paradise!

I stayed at Alive Beach House for a few nights with my husband. The location is perfect — right on the beach, very quiet, and not crowded. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and relaxed. We joined the morning yoga classes at a very affordable price and it was really enjoyable. The food at the hotel was also good — fresh and healthy, with vegetarian and vegan options. If you want to relax and disconnect from the busy world, this is a great place. It’s simple but well organized, and we felt really comfortable the whole time

It had a very tropical feel and the staff were friendly. I was very pleasantly surprised with the apartment I stayed in, it had everything I needed and my private outside terrace was perfect for relaxing in. The pool is huge and again very well kept and maintained. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem in Leon.

Silvanna the owner was there during our stay, and gave us plenty of information about things to see and places to go during our visit.

Featuring free WiFi in all areas, a restaurant and a year-round outdoor pool, Hotel El Convento is located 5 minutes’ walk from León Cathedral in the city centre. Location of the hotel is perfect (short walk to the center of Leon). Hotel compound is very beautifully landscaped and room was spacious, very clean and had a fridge. Secured parking is right on the premises and can be conveniently reached from the rooms.
