This is the first hotel where you can be driven to the city centre for free just because of unlimited kindness of personal, especially, Filipe! Furthermore, during our stay my brother had strong allergic reaction and we didn’t have a medicine for that. Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

It is located on Terceira Island, with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean Promenade, and offers an outdoor swimming pool. I loved the breakfast and easy access to the beach trail. I also loved that it was quiet and clean.

The salt water pool was awesome with comfortable lawn chairs and bathroom/shower facilities. Will certainly return!!
