It was my first time traveling with my child, and thanks to the amazing hotel staff, everything felt so much easier. They were all so nice, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location is top-notch! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially those with strollers or wheelchairs. Thank you all for making my trip so memorable and wonderful!

From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully prepared and impeccably clean — the apartment was beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and offered the perfect blend of comfort and style. A special thank you to Orlando and his fantastic team, whose kindness and professionalism made our experience even more memorable. They went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay, and their hospitality was second to none. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, convenience, and heartfelt service, this is it. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely return!

Really friendly/helpful staff and large comfortable rooms. It was quite a way out of town but Ubers are so cheap it only cost 4 Euro's each time. Liked the voucher system if you didn't need your room cleaned.

The resort itself is amazing, and so beautiful, all apartments come fully equipped with everything you need. Alcochete is a beautiful area with lots of eateries around you and Freeport shopping outlet at your door. You do need a car.
