All was great, but the most greatest thing is staff. This is the first hotel where you can be driven to the city centre for free just because of unlimited kindness of personal, especially, Filipe! Furthermore, during our stay my brother had strong allergic reaction and we didn’t have a medicine for that. Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

The breakfasts were exceptional, and your staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. The tank was closed during our stay, but we loved walking in the gardens and having access to it all day.

Perfect villa, great location close to the airport but giving comfort and relaxation from outside noise. Breakfast was great, facilities such as fitness room and sauna were nice every evening. This place was great. Lovely House with beautiful view. There was a pool, gym, sauna, …. The bed have a good mattress, in the house is enough space . Parking place is in the area. Furnas is lovely place and this apartment is the good choice for spend the time here .

The hotel is not only beautiful, but the location was excellent and lush. The interior decor was amazing and the room was huge and clean. The bathroom was perfect! The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was terrific and changed some every day. The garden and pool area were perfection!

The apartment we stayed in was perfect for a larger group. It was large, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Loved the extras they gave us in the refrigerator. The breakfast was cook to order, everything nicely done. The building architecture was fascinating. If you can stay here, definitely do it.
