The service was outstanding, with a delicious breakfast delivered every morning by attentive and professional staff. We enjoyed having a private driver every day, which made getting around effortlessly comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall experience of the stay was absolutely fantastic. A special highlight was the excellent sound quality of the portable speaker.

Location was good because it was right on the beach, and you are offered a moped to get around in. This allowed us the freedom to go the beaches on the island plus eat out. The beds were super comfy, which if you have travelled around in Thailand, is very hard to find!!

Koi larn is a very rustic island, and Pichcha is certainly on the higher end of the spectrum of home stays. The service is thoughtful and cute. Breakfast is served in the room and changes daily with vegetarian options if needed. I recommend the pool room. A small collection of garden and pool rooms means the hotel is cozy and intimate. Some rooms also include free motor bikes, otherwise they offer rentals on site at 300 baht

The location was centrally located very near the ferry port. They can pick you up with a golf cart but we waled and it took about 5 minutes to walk from the ferry. All needs are in walking distance such as restaurant, 7-11, food market. and transportation to beach if you don't have a motorbike. The swimming pool water was warm. everything was very clean and comfortable.

Surprisingly quiet as 7-11 next door and night market next door to that. The hosts laid on a wonderful breakfast each day. Semi indoor pool is a nice touch. The Marshall speaker is crazy good. The bed is firm but wow what a great sleep. Room is spacious and decorated perfectly. Our Hosts were wonderful and attentive and even helped with a scooter. Would we stay there again? Yes, in a heartbeat

The people are soooo friendly. It was one our best holidays. We will recommend it anytime. It really exceeded our expectations.
