I was in a special condition and needed guidance and support and they provided it in a way to feel relaxed and comfortable during my stay , the rooms were clean , the staff were supportive and friendly, they upgraded me to a better room and i would definitely go there again and i suggest it to others for a remarkable experience.

This hotel offers views of Kusadası's harbour, 100 metres away. Each room has a private balcony that overlooks the swimming pool, pool bar and BBQ area. Hasan Bey and the staff were so friendly and helpful, very good breakfast and very nice sea view from the room.

Wyndham Grand Izmir Ozdilek Thermal & Spa is a five-star city hotel located on the shores of gulf. The hotel's guest rooms offer views of the sea, nature and the city. Hotel is located at a fantastic location facing the sea. It is worth getting a room facing the sea for extra money. The thermal and spa is one of the best I’ve experienced so far. The staff is also very friendly and professional.

We had all we needed. The hotel is like an oasis at the end of a busy street. Close to everything but hidden. Breakfast was lovely.

Settled quickly, liked everything, from service to location.

Our stay at the hotel was simply amazing 👌 The service is excellent and the staff are truly outstanding, starting from the reception team to the housekeeping staff and all the restaurant employees. The hotel is wonderful in every detail, and the beach is absolutely beautiful 🌊🏖️ Looking forward to coming back again soon with my kids 💙

Beautiful view, big enough room, comfortable bed and pillows, calm vibes. 20 min walking to the rock tombs. Breakfast was various, good-sized and delicious. Big thanks to the host for his hospitality and Turkish coffee. Salut to fun dog Candy;)

I've never seen a hotel being this attentive, more family like to be honest. The answer is probably YES to your questions. My room was clean and neat. Breakfast was top notch. Definetly reccomend!
