The Paradise is a colonial stone house on Puerto Pirámides Beach, in the panoramic Valdés Peninsula Natural Reserve. It offers diving classes, adventure sports and whale watching boat trips. To discover the Valdes Peninsula properly, one needs to spend 2-3 nights in Puerto Pirámides. The Paradise hotel is located on the higher, quiet part of the village, further away from the arrival of the big busses, with a nice view to the sea (at least from the suite we booked). The suite was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and the staff was very nice. One needs to be aware, this is a location in a half-desert area, in the middle of a National Park - for more luxurious hotels one should stay in Puerto Madryn. But we were very happy with our choice to stay in The Paradise hotel.

La Reserva En El Mar is a nice place to stay. It is located on the main street looking towards the ocean where the whale 🐋 tours depart. It has the best location in town. There is private parking in front of the building 🏫. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and the internet is strong. There is both AC and heat. The manager is friendly and he takes payment. The place is quiet at night good for sleeping. Excellent. Thank you.

This was a basic hostel with very friendly and helpful staff. There was a spacious kitchen with plenty of room for several people to cook and eat at the same time. The manager was quick to help me book a tour around the Valdez Peninsula and even helped coordinate other folks who would like to go so we could split the cost. There was an outside area for gathering. No-one was using it yet as it was cold by Argentinian standards. The location is excellent with easy access to the majority of tour operators, restaurants, stores, and the beach. The bus terminal is only a few blocks away, an easy walk even with luggage. It was surprisingly quiet, even though it was full for the long weekend.

It would be impossible for anybody to have been more helpful than Sil. Impossible. We have literally travelled the world on our motorcycle and this must rate as one if the best places we have stayed - it might not suit everybody as this is not a 5* hotel but we absolutely loved it. Situated in in Peninsula Valdés, 80 km de Puerto Pirámides, La Elvira Natural Lodge features accommodation with free private parking. Guests at the lodge can enjoy a continental breakfast. Food was amazing! Location so serene and relaxing. The chef is exceptional and very polite and friendly. The hostess was very sweet.
