Everything was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Daniela. The bed was very comfortable and everything was new and modern after a complete renovation. Lovely pool and wellness area. Highly recommend.

The staff were extremely friendly and the food was excellent. The location is great, with free parking available. I especially loved the SPA area — not every hotel has a steam bath! There’s also a sauna, snow room, infrared room and a beautiful lounge to relax in including tea & snacks. There’s plenty to do in the immediate surroundings. Kitzbühel is close by, and you can ski, hike or simply take the cable car and enjoy the scenery.

Fabulous facilities and apartment. Comfortable and Clean and within easy reach of many things to do around the area.

Hotel: Generally clean, spacious and well heated with a large bar in the reception area. There is a lounge area with comfortable seating where you can relax and it turns into a family area in the evenings with different activities (disco/bingo/etc etc). This was really comfortable and was never crowded. Rooms: The room we had was an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and a private sauna. I think this was one of the larger apartments. It was clean and tidy and child friendly. Staff: The staff were all friendly and helpful. Kids club: This was really excellent. The kids club had professional staff and was like a nursery on site. Each evening around 530pm the staff would all march out of kids club with a line of children to meet Mr Happy the mascot and sing and dance in the reception area which all the kids clearly loved. Kids activities: The hotel is all about kids. There is a large soft play/games area with a slide and climbing wall upstairs (this is separate and additional to the kids club downstairs which is itself large). There is an ice rink outside directly opposite the hotel (30 seconds walk) with an outdoor play area and just next to that there is a ski training area with a flat conveyor belt ski lift. Swimming pool: The pool is great for families. There is a small baby pool and a larger pool. There is a little gated baby area and the pool was generally warm. The area has a family feel/atmosphere and there are floaty things and toys for kids to play with. The floor was a bit slippery. Food: The food was great. I was surprised to see some negative reviews about the choice on offer. We thought the food was excellent in both quality and choice. Each day for breakfast and dinner you get the same family table. In addition, the atmosphere during New Years period in Westendorf is lovely. I would definitely come back!

All staff I met with were excellent, efficient and friendly. Breakfast and evening meals were superb. The spa was great for chilling out after a hard days skiing. The bedroom was very comfortable with magnificent views of the village and Kitzbuhler Horn

Everything was perfect: clean room, tasty breakfasts (pefect coffee:) ). Hotel is situated in a very peaceful and silent area. Everything what you need is close (shops, restaurants, pools, amazing lake). The view that we had from the balcony was amazing. Price per night is very good. And now the best part of our stay: The Owners of the hotel are the kindest people in the world, smiley, helpful and talkative. We felt very good in this place and recommend everyone to choose it. We hope to come back soon.

Extremely well managed. The staff were highly competent and friendly, from reception to housekeeping, and everyone in the restaurant. There were so much attention to detail, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped, the quality of food and the presentation was fantastic. The sports program was well thought out, the equipment incredible, and the spa facilities excellent. The whole hotel shows a level of thoughtfulness and competence that is extremely rare. The proximity to the ski lift is a huge bonus, too.

The rooms were comfortable and clean with large balconies. Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful.

Clean rooms, delucious breakfast, friendly staff, includes sauna and a swimming pool. My daughter celebrated her birthday during our stay there and the waiter at breakfast made her a surprise she will never forget.

All good, nice place , walking distance to the Ski lift, good breakfast , and close to the city for evening dinner. You can buy skipasses at the reception. All good !!!

Loved this hotel. Wonderful staff and food, fabulous wellness area, centrally located and close to both the bus stops for Worgl and Kitzbühel, as well as a short walk to the train station.

The hotel is excellent, in the center of Kirchberg. The hotel's position is excellent for the Fleckalmbahn and Maierlbahn cable. The ski bus often passes within a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean, with nice furniture. Parking is easily available. Breakfast is high quality and varied. I would especially like to praise the staff who are kind and warm. We would like to thank the patient receptionist who helped us with buying a ski pass and transportation. The whole atmosphere in the hotel as soon as you enter is very cozy.

The bed was really comfortable and the light in the room when the sun came through the windows. The bathroom was huge and super clean.
