Perfect location as everyday starting point of hiking trips around the region (bus stop 1 minute away). Much bigger room as usually in a hotel. Hotel personel very nice and friendly. I felt welcomed there. Breakfast was amazing - good options to choose and never run out of food, even if you showed up closer to the breakfast time end. I definitely suggest to book also the dinner - outstanding and delicious and different every evening. Additional plus points for desserts and big thank you to all restaurant personel. It was not just about the food but the whole attitude and care they showed. Hotel offers also Sommercard which is really useful to move around and see places. At any chance i will recommend TUI BLUE Schladming and also hope to return there some time in the future.

An amazing apartment room, thanks for the hotel's compliment to our family. Very cosy and family-friendly atmosphere, high level of service (and friendliness), and last but not the least - the delicious cuisine, both for breakfast, and especially for themed dinners. We can't thank the facility enough for our wonderful stay in the region! And as an icing on the cake for everyone arriving by car - a very convenient underground parking!

Modern and beautiful hotel. All the facilities you’ll require during your stay are right there ready to use. Breakfast, pool and spa were fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable. Easy access to train station/ski lift. The hotel is located down the hill but it’s an easy walk up or there’s a bus that can take you up. Would love to come back one day and will definitely recommend.

The place was very classy. OMG, the spa! It was massive and so amazing! Breakfasts and dinners were full on! The salad bar is worthy of poems. The location is really good, it wasn’t too far from the ski lift.

It was really cosy and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Staff was exceptional. Changed my room for early check-in as I travelled overnight. Did everything they could to make my hasty stay as comfortable as possible. All that despite of me only spending one night in Bad Gastein.

It’s positioned a perfect location for access to skiing facilities. The staff, all the staff were wonderful, caring accommodating and genuinely nice people. The hotel is well equipped - spotlessly clean and well maintained. Bedrooms were well thought out, set up with quality furniture and the most comfortable beds you could find.

Very nice stay with comfortable rooms. We are a family of four and had two interconnecting double rooms so our kids (and us adults) could have their own room and some private space. The food was fantastic and with five-course dinners for a week, it feels like I never need to eat again 😁. All in all, we are very satisfied and can really recommend the hotel.

Very nice hotel, kind personel, good spa zone-pool and sauna. Ski bus station in the front of hotel. Ski slopes within 10 minutes drive.

As parents with two young children (1 and 4) the facilities were outstanding. Heated swimming pool, large playground and sandpit. Pony rides and petting farm. Soft play and interactive games. The children’s set food menu is great and the fact that food for kids is available immediately at dinner time is perfect

It is just incredible place and the food is worth of 5 stars hotel . The restaurant was amazing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Thank to Claudia for organizing the transport and all spa procedures. It was my second time and I definitely can call this place as paradise on the Earth.
