Exceptional, friendly staff who took great care of us. Inviting pool and wellness area(though it took us a few days to brave the full cold bucket of water experience between steam and sauna sessions).Pool table and board games for the occasional bad weather moment. Really comfortable room (The Valluga Suite), perfect for a family stay. Delicious breakfast and good range of a la carte options in the hotel restaurant for dinner. Perfect.

Great choice at breakfast and dinner with very attentive staff. Nice wellness area but naked sauna was off putting! Live music and Gala Buffet dinner were exceptional!

The room was perfect for two adults and two young kids. Taking the bus to Saint Anton in the morning and back to Hotel Traube after a day of skiing was really convenient.

One of the best located properties in st Anton’s. big modern rooms with lots of natural timber and stone. Ski in ski out facility just steps to a gondola. Great food. The restaurant staff were amazing. We stayed there when it was first built and retuned to find it looking as new with the same great food and service the wellness centre and spa is complimentary and is superb\ sublime

Location perfect in the middle of town, afternoon tea after skiing, lovely indoor pool area, lovely balcony view of the mountains. Very comfortable rooms and amenities. Amazing buffet breakfast and delightful staff. The hotel is a beautiful authentic Austrian which we loved!

Very friendly and young staff who can prepare hell of a breakfast! Located around 7 minutes from the city center and 3 minutes from the nearest lift. Keep in mind: no private kitchen

The VIBE! High end hipster ing! Everything is unique and well taken care of. Wherever you look around, it pleases your soul and we mean it. Special thanks and hi to Sam! A wonderful lady that puts a lot of passion and care in what she does! The breakfast room gets alive when she is around! We appreciate Sabina and Alex as well for handling their place with exquisite care! We'd like to think we'll be back soon. No comment on the nature surroundings.... PERFECTION!

The most friendly and helpful team, in a well located hotel, in the heart of the pedestrian area and close to the rental shops, where you can store your gear. The staff cares for every small detail to make the guest feel special. The spa is beautifully decorated, has always tea, fresh apples, dry fruits and peanuts available.

The staff were really friendly. They helped us with any questions we had throughout our trip. The service was very fast and food freshly prepared with care and quality. The location of the hotel is so central and very easy to access lifts. Also our room was extremely comfortable and overall we had an incredible holiday.

This was truly one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had as a family. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding — both at the reception and from all the staff members throughout our stay. We were genuinely impressed by how kind, attentive, and thoughtful everyone was. They did absolutely everything they could to make our experience special. It was my husband’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. They decorated the dinner table with so much care, brought out the cake we had brought for the occasion with a candle, and even sang happy birthday. They also gifted us a glass of champagne for a lovely toast — such a generous and thoughtful gesture. Throughout our stay, they constantly made sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying ourselves. Every request was promptly taken care of, with a smile. The room was wonderful — beautifully decorated, high-quality finishes, an extremely comfortable bed, and a fantastic shower. Everything was tasteful and cozy. The pools were amazing — all heated, which made a big difference since it rained heavily during our stay. Because of the rain, we decided to stay in the hotel the whole time, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. We enjoyed the pools a lot, and our daughter had the best time at the Kids Club — it had everything a child could wish for. The food was excellent, and to our surprise, although we had only booked breakfast and dinner, they upgraded us to an all-inclusive stay — free of charge. That was such a pleasant surprise and made everything even more enjoyable. We honestly have nothing negative to say. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely love to come back in the future.

Stayed at Pepis for 3 nights and i asked for the most quiet room. My request fulfilled and i had a wonderful stay!
