Everything was great and the staff were amazing I got up and approached the instant coffee area in the morning and the lovely lady from the front desk came and offered the other lady to make me a barrista coffee I was so thankful and thought that www just lovely My first impression was meeting the young man at the front desk for our keys, he was so welcoming and nice and friendly.

I booked this accomodation for my in-laws for our daughters wedding in the Yarra Valley. My MIL struggles with stairs.. and even though the hotel Doesn’t have downstairs rooms.. they organised a 3br unit at no notice.. I couldn’t have been more grateful for the care the staff took.
