The girl with the glasses that was working on the reception was extraordinary. Also, the chief of the kitchen was pleasant and eager to fulfill all our requests. The free coffee also is excellent.

Very accommodating and nice. Love that it has a restaurant in the hotel if we couldn’t pick up dinner. They already had fans in the room for the heat. Small fridges to keep our waters cold.

Just on the edge of town with great parking ! A swift walk you the town centre gor food and beers if you wish ! Lots of history you see on the way in !

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est idéalement situé au cœur du centre-ville. La décoration est soignée et la chambre correspond parfaitement aux photos. Elle était très propre à mon arrivée et dispose d’une climatisation, ce qui est très appréciable. La communication avec l’équipe a été fluide malgré une gestion à distance. Les instructions pour le check-in et le check-out étaient claires, simples et bien organisées.

Excellent personnel, excellent service and bed very comfortable.The breakfast buffet is rich, with a great variety of choices for every taste.Also we were given fresh towels every day and the room was clean every day too .

I liked the fact that for not using the room cleaning service they give 5€ coupons which one can use at the hotels bar. I also liked the fitness area with quality equipment and the jacuzzi bath.

The hotel is ideally located after a full day visit to Pairi Daiza. The staff are lovely and the rooms are clean and well equipped.

Great welcoming staff & service. Great breakfast. Location could have been closer to downtown but quiet though.

The breakfast was excellent. The bread and croissants were absolutely delicious. We really appreciated the home made jams. The breakfast room where the breakfast was served was beautiful. The whole place feels very homley and cosy the level of decoration is ecxeptional. Unfortunately we were there when the bakey was shut but I can imagnie it being fantastic when it's open. The beds were also comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Dog friendly place which was an absolute bonus for us. I highly recommend this place :-)
