The hotel was centrally situated and was ideal for our stay. The parking was underground and this was ideal with lifts going fr4om there to all floors so great if you have luggage. Breakfast was buffet style and nice.

Staff was extermely friendly, from front desk to house keeping. Excellent breakfast. Room always nice and fresh after house keeping. Room was confortable and spacious.

This downtown Kelowna hotel is just blocks from Okanagan Lake. It has 2 on-site restaurants and a spa. The warmly decorated rooms offer free WiFi.

We were immediately greeted by the kindest staff. I forgot the ladies name but she was a diamond. She also spoke to my bf and I as I left. She also upgraded our room on 2nd july. Hope that’s enough info, she deserves so much praise. 5 star service even without the upgrade. Honestly we booked this as we were going through to Banff. We made a HUGE mistake. Not staying longer. It was the best hotel in terms of value for money, the best bed and great tv selection. We only had one night and explored downtown. Kelowna is so beautiful. We’ve been to Vancouver, Victoria, Banff and Jasper. All stunning but this one really grabbed me. I could see myself living here. Book for more nights, you won’t regret it.

Adequate depth to a clean warm pool and hot hot tub. Great pool pool change and shower room. Rooms were large and had good lighting and USB ports and clocks. All bathroom extras were supplied. Full kitchen was supplied. Normal sized fridge was in the kitchen. Room was modern with clean lines.

Brand new Fairfield Inn & Suites in West Kelowna just off Hwy 97 next door to Two Eagles Golf Course. It offers an indoor pool with a 12 metre waterslide and kids splashpad.
