The room was very well appointed, clean and spacious. Staff were excellent. The hotel had great facilities such as the pool and plenty of parking and dining options were close to the hotel. It was also easy to get to being on main routes into and out of town.

Kelowna is a very nice place to visit.

Kelowna is a very nice place to visit. We golfed at Shadow Ridge, and what a beautiful course that is, we would definitely play there again. We visited many of the wineries, and brought home some very nice wines. Be warned though, most places no longer waive the tasting fees with purchase, so that can add up quickly. The waterfront was lovely to walk along and to just sit and relax. There are so many restaurants to chose from around the city, there is something for everyone from families to romantic dinners. Overall, we had a great week, and will most definitely return for another visit.

There's a reason why Big White is rated very highly among ski resorts for best family ski resort. They really have something for everyone's abilities and runs that families can enjoy together. With great apres ski, restaurants, bars, and other resort amenities to make your trip feel special you'll be planning your next trip back before you leave!

Kelowna is a bustling and well appointed city with lots of activities and amemities to explore. The downtown core with Waterfront Park, Discovery Park, Discovery Walk were most impressive. It is easy to get around Kelowna if you stay off of Hwy 97 or Harvey Street during rush our. I found drivers mostly very polite and would slow in order for one to switch lanes during travel. If you follow Clement Avenue to the downtown core and turn Right at Sunset Drive this should take you to Waterfront Park and all of its amenities.....

A large ski resort with many trails and lifts to choose from...

A large ski resort with many trails and lifts to choose from. Very close to the city of Kelowna. Perfect snow condition in the middle of spring break. Decent restaurants around and even has a market if you forgot the milk. Rental was easy and staff was great and friendly. We also had a great time tubing on our last day - recommended after you are exhausted from skiing but still want some silly snowy fun. You can get to everywhere if you are on your skis, otherwise you can take the shuttle and gondola to get around. Overall the kids wanted to stay longer than 4 days, but the grown ups had all the fun we needed and were ready to get back to real life.

We booked for 2 nights but upon arrival we canceled the 2nd night. They said they'd only charge us for the 1 night, but they changed us for 2 nights. The hotel was the Okanagan Season Resort. How do I get my refund for the 2nd night?

Big White Ski Resort was absolutely amazing, we went in...

Big White Ski Resort was absolutely amazing, we went in January for 6 nights. I have skied in Japan and Australia and this was by far the best. The snow was amazing, the lines for the lifts were very short. The staff at the restaurants were lovely as was the food and choices. The ski rental and lift passes were very reasonable and staff extremely helpful. I would absolutely go there again.
