We were immediately greeted by the kindest staff. I forgot the ladies name but she was a diamond. She also spoke to my bf and I as I left. She also upgraded our room on 2nd july. Hope that’s enough info, she deserves so much praise. 5 star service even without the upgrade. Honestly we booked this as we were going through to Banff. We made a HUGE mistake. Not staying longer. It was the best hotel in terms of value for money, the best bed and great tv selection. We only had one night and explored downtown. Kelowna is so beautiful. We’ve been to Vancouver, Victoria, Banff and Jasper. All stunning but this one really grabbed me. I could see myself living here. Book for more nights, you won’t regret it.

Very nice and comfortable and spacious room. Very nice pool with slide, my kids had a lot of fun. Very nice breakfast too. Freeflow of coffee and tea was a bonus.

There's a reason why Big White is rated very highly among ski resorts for best family ski resort. They really have something for everyone's abilities and runs that families can enjoy together. With great apres ski, restaurants, bars, and other resort amenities to make your trip feel special you'll be planning your next trip back before you leave!

If staying here and Celiac, pre-order bread or goodies from Crumbs and Roses! We ate a couple of meals at Oak and Cru - need one of these back home! Had a great GF meal at the Curious Cafe. In need of a hat? Check out Riobranner! She has everything for any head shape or size. If you like chocolates check out Karat Chocolate & Pastry - macaroons! Another great stop is Mosaic Bookstore.

A large ski resort with many trails and lifts to choose from...

A large ski resort with many trails and lifts to choose from. Very close to the city of Kelowna. Perfect snow condition in the middle of spring break. Decent restaurants around and even has a market if you forgot the milk. Rental was easy and staff was great and friendly. We also had a great time tubing on our last day - recommended after you are exhausted from skiing but still want some silly snowy fun. You can get to everywhere if you are on your skis, otherwise you can take the shuttle and gondola to get around. Overall the kids wanted to stay longer than 4 days, but the grown ups had all the fun we needed and were ready to get back to real life.

Kelowna is a lovely city nestled in the Okanagan Valley.

Kelowna is a lovely city nestled in the Okanagan Valley. As with other cities in the most beautiful parts of Canada, it has grown somewhat since our last visit, but continues to be well-maintained and easy to navigate. Wineries abound, but so do spectacular views and the beautiful Oakanagan Lake!

Big White Ski Resort was absolutely amazing, we went in...

Big White Ski Resort was absolutely amazing, we went in January for 6 nights. I have skied in Japan and Australia and this was by far the best. The snow was amazing, the lines for the lifts were very short. The staff at the restaurants were lovely as was the food and choices. The ski rental and lift passes were very reasonable and staff extremely helpful. I would absolutely go there again.
