Good impression as soon as walking in. Friendly staff and very clean. That extended right through to the elevators, hallways and rooms. I commented several times at how clean things were. We were there for a family wedding and seemed like same opinion from all. We had a king bed room and it was very spacious. Loved the little kitchen sink, cupboard, microwave and fridge area. Very convenient. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast which is included was delicious with great options. Oh I shouldn't forget---The popcorn 🍿 was so good!! Keep up the good work!! ** side note---- not sure why it said it was a 2 star hotel when we looked it up. It very much exceeds that.***

Fabulous small hotel in terrific location. A real gem. I love how helpful the staff were: for example, on my request they put a kettle and a microwave in my room. It was possible to open a window. It was possible to completely adjust the temperature in my room to my liking. Within less than one block of the hotel were several restaurants which did take away. There was also a small convenience store and many charming boutiques.

Staff very helpful from bell hops to reception first class! The hotel is perfectly situated in the WEM, and they offered me a free wheelchair for the day to help my 95 year old mum get around! Lovely breakfast served in L2 restaurant at a cost. Great green apples at the reception, fridge, and coffee maker in room. Stayed for two separate visits . Both outstanding.

I for my reason for being in Edmonton.

I for my reason for being in Edmonton. I should have booked the hotel for more than 3 days I Had no complaints about the service, the friendliness, professialism I would recommend my stay I was dissapointed in how far it was to Commonwealth Stadium but I guess I did not research that enough.. Lastly,...I thought the buffet was terrible I tried it on day 1 and never used our free coupons I would rather pay someplace else and enjoy my breakfast

Clean +++, polite and responsible administrator, correct prices for this services { conditioner noisy, shared washrooms and showers ), but for seniors with low income it is good, in comparison with other hotel prices. I recommend the hotel for other people.

It was a good location for our venue and close to the airport. Very out dated with rugs, shower/tub, etc needing updates/ repairs. Had to ask for towels and coffee for our room each day. But the breakfast was great! Excellent coffee at the breakfast. Roberta

We really liked the location and accommodations of the hotel...

We really liked the location and accommodations of the hotel. We really wished we could have visited the casino. It was closed due to a security incident, which was the main reason for us visiting. This casino dining room was also closed due forcing us (and many others) to eat at the only open restaurant, the Garden Terrace Lounge. The bartender and cooks worked very hard to make all of the patrons happy and did a great job.

I liked that it was clean, what I didn't like was that for the price we payed we should have had better service like, more towels and coffee. Also the garbage was not taken out and there could have been more blankets.

We had a lovely meal at Denny's--we didn't want much, but...

We had a lovely meal at Denny's--we didn't want much, but got a tasty falafel salad to enjoy together. The Superstore had just what I needed--a birthday present, a sympathy card, some gluten-free goodies to add to the funeral reception lunch--in and out was easy. We didn't really get to any other venues this trip. All the time with family.

Edson in the words of a longtime resident is an oil town. The town mascot is a squirrel, the local joke apparently being that you'd have to be nuts to live there. If you're visiting family or coming for work reasons that's fine, but don't come as a tourist.

I enjoyed coming to Camrose .

I enjoyed coming to Camrose . Because I’m from a farming community and we used to come get feed from Camrose so I enjoyed coming to locate where I used to go and then I visited a few of the dealerships while I was there . I also toured the down town , that looks to be bright and clean . Thank you

We were only in Edmonton one night because of a medical...

We were only in Edmonton one night because of a medical appointment, so we were able to select only one attraction while we were there. We went to Muttart Conservatory. It was a nice venue and worth seeing. We went to the Triple "O" for a hamburger because it was within walking distance of our hotel. The burger was amazing! We both agreed that it was the best burger we had had for a very long time. The service was excellent as well. We used the maps app on the iPhone to get around Edmonton, so that took much of the stress out of navigating a city we were not familiar with.

Hinton is beautiful and a great place to stay if you want...

Hinton is beautiful and a great place to stay if you want something less expensive than Jasper. L and W and the A and W offer great food and service! The Hinton Lodge is the best hotel in Hinton but the rates are too high for all of the hotels in Hinton in the summer. If you want a great getaway in the fall this is a great place when the rates go down.
