Housekeeping was amazing. 2 a day.. and very very helpful. I lost my crown and she found it back twice .. my leather jacked was left behind.. and returned etctetc..in general very nice staff, location, atmosphere..

Easy and fast check-in, with very helpful staff at reception. The room was clean, cozy, and very quiet, with amazing views from the window, both day and night. It was also great to relax in the pool after a long day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Hotel reception, doormen, and house keepers are all exceptionally kind and familiar. Even when the reception was busy with other gueats checking in/out, I didn't feel ignored. Doorman was constantly watching who was coming in/ out which made me feel very safe. The receptionist was constantly paying attention to all surroundings too. House keeper, Katie, remembers all her guests by names, and on my last day at the hotel, she greeted me in my mother language, Japanese. This had never happed to me in any country/ hotel before. In addition, hotel room was vast for one guest. My room consisted of seperate living/ bed rooms with superb view of downtown! I shall stay Le Soleil again next year!
