Staff were lovely & helpful. The hotel & rooms were beautiful. Rooms were clean, good size, comfy beds & pillows. Close to everything. The bathroom had plenty of space & heated floors. I would not stay anywhere else if I'm in Vancouver again. Highly recommend staying here.

The service from all staff was exceptional — warm, friendly, and so welcoming. I really loved how spacious my room was, and the bed was sleeping on a fluffy cloud. There were plenty of amenities at the hotel, on the residence side, and the restaurant was fabulous. The neighbourhood was wonderful - lots to eat and drink, and it was central to everything Downtown (with Burrard Station just a short walk towards the water… but the city itself is entirely walkable in any direction). If you’d like to use the laundry facilities, make sure you have $2 coins available otherwise you can withdraw cash or break notes in the hotel convenience store :)

I would love to live in north Vancouver … Most beautiful place in Canada I’ve been to ! Horseshoe Bay community is incredible and has amazing diving.. we tried several of the restaraunts in Horseshoe Bay, but we found “the final whistle” had the most incredible food, and perfectly situated to watch the ferries come and go. Also recommend the little blue coffee shop down on the warf! Amazing 🤩

West Vancouver is a beautiful, peaceful place to visit.

West Vancouver is a beautiful, peaceful place to visit. The scenery is stunning, with mountains, forests, and ocean views all within easy reach. What stood out most were the amazing hiking trails—there are so many options, all incredibly scenic and well maintained. Despite being close to Vancouver, it feels much quieter and more relaxed, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would happily return.

I really enjoyed the location, the beautiful view, and the unique architecture of the suite. The design of the property made the stay feel special. However, because the suite was attached to the main house, it was sometimes a little noisy, and better soundproofing would improve the experience. The showerhead was not securely attached and kept falling down, so it should be repaired or replaced. The shower curtain also appeared unclean and should be replaced. Providing more hand towels and bath towels, as well as better-quality towels, would be appreciated. It would also be helpful to provide bottled drinking water or clearly explain where guests can get safe drinking water. In addition, breakfast was expected but was not served to us.

West Vancouver is beautiful and natural with trees and ocean. I went to Pawan Indian Food and it was fantastic. The waiter was friendly and focused. The food was generous enough to take home food for another meal. First day of my trip I went for a relaxing facial at CUR’s Beauty Salon in Park Royal. I would like to live in North Vancouver! The road signs in West Vancouver are abundant and clear for an easy ride. For a solo I thought of visit a beach in West Vancouver but never made it.

We completely enjoyed North Vancouver.

We completely enjoyed North Vancouver. It was easy to get around and lots to do and see. We enjoyed every bit of our Capilano Park experience. It was more than we expected. Our North Vancouver trip included - An evening at Lonsdale Quay - Capilano Suspension Bridge Park - Grouse Mountain - An evening at Marine Drive and Ambleside Beach - walking the pier - Dessert at Krave Kulture - Must try! I would definitely recommend that people spend a few days there to explore and enjoy.

This place was awful from customer service from the host to the details on the posting. Felt like a scam the entire time I dealt with them because once I booked a non-refundable stay he had no incentive to care about me. Sam, the host, seems to be of the mindset that the more aggressive you are with your travelers the better. He was rude, inflexible and did nothing to make me, a single woman traveling alone, feel comfortable or safe. Sam was completely unwilling to refund any portion of my booking once I told him I was feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. When I booked this place I was under the impression that I had a small "beautiful house" to myself. A week before the booking I found out that it's a guest house, so it shared common spaces with other travelers. The description on the listing is vague enough that it is hard to tell what accommodations each level of guest has. I asked questions to find out more but he kept just referring me back to the listing. He evaded my questions that could have easily made me more comfortable such as "Is there a lock on the bedroom?" "How are security and noise handled?" "What are the shared spaces with other travelers like?" Ultimately he chose to stand tall on his non-refundable policy vs listening to and being empathic toward a unique situation in which someone was not feeling safe with the lack of information provided and newly learning that I'd be sharing space with strangers, including Sam. Booking.com was absolutely terrible to deal with as well. In the end I chose my safety over my money and lost the entire booking cost. Do not book here and do not use booking.com, they do not support their customers in a situation like this.
