Excellent hotel! I booked this hotel last minute as my alternative accommodation was no longer available. It was such a wonderful surprise to find a really beautiful hotel when all I needed was a bed for the night. Beautifully run and recently renovated, keeping all its sense of Swiss heritage and charm. The restaurant is chic yet still cosy with a feeling of the mountain history still retained. Comfortable beds and great room A beautiful wine room and terrace looking down over the river and valley. Next to a stunning Church and a 3 min walk to the fast gondola taking you to the slopes. A really magical find with an excellent restaurant and history. Will definitely be back for longer. They also have an extensive yet discrete spa.

Very tasty, homemade meals in the restaurant, a table always ready in the mornings and evenings. The included breakfast was great. Heartwarming treatment and hospitality by the owners/operators. A bottle of water provided daily. Clean and tidy. Fantastic value to price ratio. Close to trails and the funicular. In a chain of seven hotels, this was the best.
