Buongiorno Lugano First of all the staff are welcoming, gentle , helpful very professional the manager of the hotel should be proud of his team staff . Excellent location, the hotel is an a wonderful palace . The view of the marvelous lake and mountains from my room is wonderful . The room very nicely decorated , the bed so comfortable. Excellent restaurants , the breakfast as well there was a big variety with nice staff as well . my stay in hotel Royal splendid was fabulous . I highly recommend it . Grazie mille 💐

This place is fantastic! It's exceptionally clean and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind—our room was ready early, which was perfect since we arrived feeling unwell. They really went above and beyond, even without us asking. This was our second trip to Lugano, but our first time staying here, and it was by far the best B&B with a smooth checkout.
