Great breakfast, bar, and spa, with convenient access to the garage and a grocery store located within the building. While there's no pool, the spa, with its three saunas, especially the Finnish one, was a standout, offering a stunning view of the valley. The hotel is located at the bottom of the ski slope, in summer a great starting point for numerous hiking routes.

Great location, very friendly service, dog-friendly, room with a beautiful mountain view, fantastic ski resort, the best place I've ever skied. I plan to go back. If you're looking for a New Year's Eve without fireworks, they're prohibited in Flims.

Everything was awesome. In summer at night you can see fantastic sky with billions of stars, you breathe amazing air, you just can sit and literally do nothing just with total relax. Hotel is perfect - wonderful and helpful staff, stylish room with a large terrace, fantastic restaurant. And it's quiet. Full mental detox in summer - that's what I like.

Having never tried Romansh/ Grisons food before, dinner here was definitely the highlight. Local ingredients and unique dishes were excellent, and the owner personally checked-up on me. Seeing how much I enjoyed the local cuisine, she even brought me an extra local appetizer for free. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small staircase up to the bathroom. The overall feeling is quite homely and friendly, and within very short walking distance from Disentis' famous abbey.

Like many reviewers of Hotel Posta, the Breakfast is good which is important when skiing. On offer in winter is a buffet comprising 3 different cereals, plus porridge, fruit, a number of different breads, natural yoghurt, nutella and other spreads, honey, boiled eggs, cheeses, hams, prosciutto, salami, coffee, tea orange juice, apple juice, water. A good range, continuously replenished. In addition the hotel has an excellent restaurant which serves high quality evening meals including vegetarian options. Complimenting this are Cheese board, deserts and a very broad wine list including good local wine and also local beer (meaning real ale/ craft beer). Our room was sizeable with comfortable beds, a good size bathroom and powerful shower. It was also diligently cleaned every day. Last but not least were the staff. They made the real difference. They were genuinely helpful, kind and thoughtful. We really enjoyed our stay because we were looked after and made to feel very welcome. We were quite sad to leave. Further important information that may help you... The ski fields are dispersed, you can ski between most subject to snow and weather conditions. However the road between Andermatt and Dieni is closed in Winter. It's best to use the train. Train tickets for 5 days or longer are available from the Dieni ski lift station. Its about 1 mile from the hotel (easy walk/drive). The tickets enable travel between Andermatt and Disentis and all the stops in-between which allows you to travel between ski fields easily if the connecting lifts are not working or your feeling tired. The nearest train station to the hotel is called Reuras, its a 10 minute walk uphill from the hotel and is served regularly. If you have an epic pass then you can get an unlimited pass covering Andermatt, Sedrun, Disentis ski fields. You can get this at Dieni ski lift station. Switzerland uses a different 3 pin plug from most of Europe. You will need an adapter.

A beautiful holiday apartment in an idyllic location, beautiful views, right from the balcony. There were so many beautiful walking trails nearby with lots of fun sacanger hunt trails for kids (and adults had a lot of fun too). This was such a good find and I would highly recommend it it for a holiday

This was our second stay here as it is a lovely comfortable hotel for a week’s ski holiday. The staff are all very friendly and do everything to make your stay as good as possible. Great breakfast and a regular shuttle to the Flims cable car. The outdoor hot tub was a real highlight.

Absolutely wonderful apartment complex in the center of Flims. Big spacious rooms, very clean, good heating system incl. floor heating. Bread delivery to your door in the morning was a lovely welcoming touch. We enjoyed game room with billiard and table tennis.

Breakfast was very good. A lot of different meat, cheese, cereals and very tasty bread. All in all much better than the average in this category. Our dog loved the large room and was happy. They also have enough parking spots for your car.

Flims/Laax has an extensive ski area with plenty of slopes...

Flims/Laax has an extensive ski area with plenty of slopes for all level of skiing and is excellent for snowboarders. Laax hosts a well known FIS snowboarding competition There are also plenty of mountain walking opportunities all year round, both at village level and in the mountains above. This makes Flims/Laax suitable for both winter and summer breaks for all ages.

Nice ski resort, but like all very weather dependent. We were unlucky with pretty heavy winds and half of LAAX ski area was closed down (however same ticket price, no deduction) and we ended up spending most of the time in queuing for the ski lifts

We stayed for one night at the hostel, there are hotels available but the hostel was enough practical and sufficient for us, family of 4 for one night. I wish we could stay longer as we loved it, everything exceeded our expectations and more. The views are stunning, the whole area is well organised with plenty to do. Would recommend to all our friends.T Here is a visitor pass available which covers a gondola, ski lifts and trains, a great value for your money. On the top of mountain are activities available from tobogan to swim in a lake to mountain biking, paragliding to hiking.

Ilanz is a lovely little town with numerous historic...

Ilanz is a lovely little town with numerous historic buildings. It is a wonderful place to stay if you want to have easy access to numerous ski areas, walking trails and pretty villages. The bus and train services are excellent and very well-co-ordinated. There is a good range of shops, and bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Cute, quiet and seemingly not so touristic place. Free cable car to the slope base, with great view. Therme design by Peter Zumthor is a strong point of attraction, providing a unique experience for both architecture and wellness lovers.

Small rustic hotel, well kept with modern touches short walk to everything. Balcony was larger than at similar hotels. You could probably eat dinner out there in the warmer months with a folding table.

Breil has kept a lot of character and nice "small-town" feeling. It is a great base for outdoor activities in the middle of Surselva. From there, you can explore many other areas, especially in winter for ski touring.

Love the facilities for mountain biking and they are only going to get better. Everything is to hand, loads of car parking, supermarket, excellent bike hire facilities, bar near by. Seems great for families (I travelled alone but folk seemed to be having a great time). Safe and secure area.

Lovely, historic town with a range of facilities The area was new to us but offered an unusual range of alpine experiences: Up the cablecars of the region for high mountain landscapes (The Guest Card issued by the apartment owner on behalf of the town was great value, giving free unlimited rides on the cable cars); Walks from nearby villages through lovely green meadows (And the occasional walkers suspension bridge); Trips into side valleys for wilder country and real mountain peace; Just over the Lucomagno Pass into Ticino for some of the loveliest of alpine meadows; and down river to the grandeur of the Rhein-Schlucht (Gorge)

Vals Graubunden is a place in the end of a valley.

Vals Graubunden is a place in the end of a valley. Isolated but charming. If you like to be outdoor, there are numerous activities you can do depending on the season (hiking, walking, skiing, snowshoeing) Its also the place of excellent local food (cheese, milk, bread, meat) and culinary experiences. For the passionate architect fans, 7132 with their Therme is amazing to experience, inside and outside.
