My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel's strategic location in the business hub made it incredibly convenient for my work, and being just 10 meters away from the metro station provided easy access to all parts of Shenzhen. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the hotel rooms were noteworthy, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff, particularly the reception team, stood out for their friendliness and genuine warmth. Beta, the reception lady, went above and beyond, showing a caring attitude by ensuring our needs were met and even inquiring about our meals. Mr. Jonathan at the front desk emerged as a true asset during my stay. His exceptional level of assistance was evident in helping with city navigation, arranging meetings, and guiding us to halal restaurants. His dedication extended to ensuring we didn't encounter any hiccups in our travel plans, going so far as to make sure we didn't miss our train to Foshan. Jonathan truly became our guardian angel during our time at the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, impeccable service, and a team that goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home.

Exceptional Stay with Excellent Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful establishment for an entire week, and I must say it was an absolute delight. The staff members were incredibly nice and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Notably, I greatly appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to check out late, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. I was fortunate enough to have a room with a stunning city view, which added an extra touch of magic to my stay. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight was truly a highlight of my trip. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the exceptional quality of the restaurant. The food served was of the highest standard, and every meal was a culinary delight. I highly recommend indulging in the gastronomic delights offered by the establishment's talented chefs. I would be remiss if I did not mention the outstanding assistance I received from two particular staff members, Tracy and Annie. Their professionalism and attentiveness were exemplary, especially considering my limited understanding of the Chinese language and my unfamiliarity with the city. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and comfortable during my stay, providing valuable insights and recommendations that greatly enriched my experience. Upon arrival, we had thought we lost our bag in the taxi, and we contacted the staff. Galen, a young staff, persistently tried to help us out. He even agreed to help us call a taxi driver to see if the bag was in the taxi. He was very empathetic, and he was very candid about where he thinks the bag was. So, without giving up, we contacted a taxi driver, and we were able to actually retrieve the bag in the trunk, despite what the taxi driver had said initially. Because of Galen, it made the rest of us stay a lot more memorable. He even went out of his way to be personable as well, and this is the kind of experience we look for in a high-end hotel. A personalized help. And because of this experience, we look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel in the future.

This hotel has a very good location. Taxi prices are very affordable in China, so the central location of this hotel is a great help for visiting various places in Shenzhen. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, it has many amenities, and it offers absolutely everything listed on Booking.com. It was truly a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety, which is truly delicious. There are also several restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores around the hotel. If I return to Shenzhen, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

    I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke fluent English, making everything so much easier. The free breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. My room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the city, which was a nice bonus. One tip: make sure to request a non-smoking room if that's your preference, as some rooms do allow smoking. Also, if you're visiting from Australia, bring power adapters—there was only one socket compatible with our plugs in the room. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, amenities, and excellent service!

    The choice of restaurants was good and the food quality was excellent. We went for business primarily. It’s not a city I would choose for tourism. Extremely disappointed with the Canton Tower experience. Most certainly wouldn’t waste your money on this.

    Been first time in Shenzhen and not able to speak Chinese was interesting. People were helpful, polite and patient. I was told there were all sorts of hurdles. No internet, needs VPN , no WhatsApp blah blah blah. I bought an esim from Agoda which was cheap as chips which worked brilliantly. WhatsApp worked as normal. I installed Alipay with a credit card that doesn't charge international fees before travelling. Alipay pays for everything. Brilliant. It had Didi for transport. Brillant. I had WeChat installed but not able to read Chinese it was not completely helpful unless I ask the restaurant staff to help. I installed Amap which is to replace Google map and it was very accurate. So an esim from Agoda/Alipay/Amap/WeChat is all you need. Oh Google translation was mighty helpful for menus etc Enjoy.

    Foshan is a busy town but feels more relaxed compared to Guangzhou. There are markets, local stalls, two malls, and plenty of places to grab bubble teas and fresh juices, including small family-run stands. Lots of local restaurants serve Chinese and Canton-style food. McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, Starbucks, supermarkets, and several 7-Elevens are all just a few minutes away on foot. The train station is about a solid 20-minute walk Go here for the BEST Peking duck I’ve ever tasted Hu Shuai's home · fruit wood charcoal roasted duck (Jinke Building Store) No.29, Qingfeng West Road, Nanhai District, Qiandeng Lake C+ (opposite to Poly Tian Yue)

    Highly recommend only staying in this region especially if you are shopping for building materials and furniture. Many places will send Didi cars to pick you up. Canton Fair is only 1 hr away depending on traffic. Guangzhou is only 45 mins away depending on traffic and what time you leave.

    Dongguan is not a destination city.

    Dongguan is not a destination city. It does not have the things to do that Shenzhen and Guangzhou have. But if you are there on business or visiting friends, there are some things to do. The mall off of the Hongfu subway stop is nice. Qifeng park is huge and beautiful. Grateful Q is a great restaurant with amazing ribs. I lived here for 8 years, and I always come back to visit every other month.
