EVERYTHING except the fact that they don't tell you the Cool Living location isn't in the same area as the others but the food, the staff, the infrastructure and building model concept. Not the location I anticipated but the staff made stay amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BEDSSS ARE SOOOO COMFORTABLE. Definitely going back and sending others. Martha, Camilla, Sergio, Daniel Divina... the entertainment crew.. LOVE YOU ALLLL

We loved Soul! The apartment was great, with everything one needs for a few days' stay. The kitchen is very well furnished and the washing machine + tumble dryer is a ++. The coffee we got as present was AMAZING! The staff was great and the area is really clean, safe, green and it's a pleasure to walk around. I had read someone commenting that it doesn't feel safe to walk around unless you're a local and I'm wondering if the person had mistaken this hotel with another one. Because all you need are legs that are willing to take you around. It's a residential area where I never felt unsafe for a single second. There's a good supermarket, Carulla, almost behind the corner, and - if you feel like walking a bit longer, an hypermarket inside a shopping center about 15 mins away. The parking is another ++. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll book again if we visit Medellín in the future.

    Property is safe, clean and the staff is great. It’s located in the middle of all the activity, so the noise is notable coming from the outside but I slept well. Breakfast was good and the rooftop bar is nice. Remember this la 70 where lots of partying goes on and girls are all around but it’s still a great place to stay and taxis and Uber are right outside the hotel. Great stay!

    We couldn't get breakfast this time so they arranged entrances the night before - patacones and empanadas, delicious and perfectly prepared. The place is beautiful with all the trees and fruits, the view and the fresh air. The room was perfect, the smell, the sound proof, the cleaning. We slept very well.

    It was fantastic! Beautiful property, they've got a pool, jacuzzi, a dock with boats that you can rent, a beach at the lake, its right across the street from El Peñol Rock. Staff was very attentive and kind. I'm definitely coming back. Breakfast was great too!

    I'm here to stay, it's a lovely city so much to see and do, good people, you have to stay safe still and be careful, the mountain views are so nice there waterfall a, 🚠 line to see everything much better, paragliding is not too far, botanical garden and amusement park, many many malls very luxurious with giant arcade, movie theater, gyms, tennis court, soccer field , many coffee shops very sweet , if you rent a car you could go see the wild nature and enjoy more

    Guatapé should absolutely be on your travel bucket list—it’s a destination that offers a mesmerizing blend of natural beauty, culture, and adventure. Nestled in the Colombian Andes, this colorful town is surrounded by breathtaking views of lush green mountains and the shimmering expanse of the Peñol-Guatapé Reservoir. Whether you’re climbing the iconic El Peñol rock for panoramic vistas, strolling through the vibrant streets adorned with ornate zócalos, or gliding across the serene lake on a boat tour, every moment in Guatapé is infused with charm. It’s a place that invites you to slow down, soak in the scenery, and feel genuinely connected to nature and local life. However, the only negative to say is that many roads are not paved, which is due to the government's and private conflicts, for such a tourist area is a shame to see that. Hopefully it can improve.

    Rionegro is beautiful.

    Rionegro is beautiful. I did not like the hotel as I had a rough start with terrible service from the receptionist the day before the trip. No TV options, so feel it's over priced for such bad service.

    Santa Fe is a beautiful old town, with truly original Spanish colonial architecture. Really better explored by walking, or maybe a 3 wheel motorized cart, or motorcycle, but not by car. There is very little parking, and the narrow roads in the old center don't accommodate 4 wheel vehicles. We found excellent restaurants using Google maps, inexpensive to very affordable. We enjoyed the Museo Juan de Corral for local history. The churches are very beautiful.

    Very nice people, one night we joined the Bingo, the place was full and we were treated like one of them, loved it!!! Climate was excellent and the city is well organized, attractive central park, beautiful church, extraordinary trip traveling from the main highway to the city of Jerico. Ahhh, parapente available in the near surrounding, a great experience!

    Santa Elena is beautiful, but it's very Cold! Always!! It's not just a seasonal thing, it's around 9000 ft altitude, so it's quite cold all year round. So dress appropriately! Also,houses don't have heating or insulation here, sometimes they'll have a fire place, but not always. I highly recommend booking places with a fire place as it makes a huge difference at night. Also, highly recommend you have a car when passing through here because everything is quite far! We went to Piedras Blanca part of Parque Arvi, and to be honest I was underwhelmed. Perhaps because it's low season, many parts were closed, but it didn't seem that interesting to me. We ate a Guadalajarra (2 Rs) restaurant. A tiny little Mexican restaurant, which I highly recommend!! We had the burger and the quesadillas, and both were excellent!

    So many places to visit, so little time. Everyone on the streets were very welcoming and ready to provide directions or assist. Great relaxing culture with amazing restaurants. We will stay longer next time! We visited during the week of Festival of the Flowers and that was a bonus! Many places like plaza Provenza as a plus!

    Super great local lake getaway vibes. Take a boat tour of the lake (sizes range from a private solo tour up to a big party boat); climb the gigantic rock if you don’t mind the 650 steps up & down; visit the vegan restaurant a couple blocks off the main square; talk to the locals - they’re super friendly!

    it was just the last afternoon and night before our flight...

    it was just the last afternoon and night before our flight back home. we did have coffee in the lobby cafe, had lunch nearby (2 min by car) and in check out at 5 am went super smooth. we were within 7 minutes at the airport- where we dropped of the car. it is very close and easy access to the airport, which was our purpose to book this hotel.
