I loved the Staff ; I called ahead to ask some details about my passport and Taxes and the gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. When we arrive on Sunday, he was present and in our file everything we talked about. The entire stay was amazing.

We stayed only 1 night and the hotel fullfilled what we needed : confortable, very clean and close to the beach. The breakfast is also very good, and the staff very really nice.

This new 16-story building boasts modern amenities, including three elevators, air conditioning, a fitness center, and a massage parlor. The rooms are spacious and bright, with some overlooking the ocean and some overlooking the mountains. Daily cleaning is available. A hairdryer, refrigerator with complimentary drinks and snacks, TV, and a separate toilet from the shower and sink are included. Safe and air conditioning are also included. Daily cleaning includes linens and towels. The staff is friendly. The beach is 150 meters away, and it's sandy. There's a large swimming pool with pleasant water and a bar. We booked the breakfast option. It's hearty and varied, including soups, vegetables, three types of fried eggs, sausage, hot dogs, cheeses, fresh juice, coffee, sweets, and meat with rice. The rooms are soundproofed, quiet, and noise-free.

Staff were so kind and helpful and breakfast was yummy! Unlimited coffee!

Excellent service. Receptionists were very helpful. The rooms are comfortable, nice and clean. Very happy with the location too. Surrounded with Shops and restaurants.

Our stay was simply amazing from start to end. We got a double room with balcony in the third floor. Checking in was fast and pretty easy, everything was in order and everything was crystal clear. We were actually surprised they take cleanliness very seriously and do a thorough clean every day (scrubbing floors, new sheets, new towels, new blankets). Aircon and TV work flawlessly. Breakfast was superb and quite big which I loved. There was a nice assortment of options including fruits, breakfast cereal, yogurts, beverages, soups, eggs, traditional sausages, arepas, bread… quite the assortment for real! This is a very quiet neighbourhood and it’s just a block away from the beach. There’s the Zazue mall at walking distance which has plenty of things to do and visit. The hotel even provides beach tents at a cheaper fare than the guys at the beach. You’re even welcomed to bring your own snacks and store them in your mini bar. High ceilings (which I personally love). The staff was super friendly and easy to reach at all times. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Extremely pleased. No hidden fees. Read some regular reviews in Google and I was quite worried but this place ended up exceeding by far any of our expectations. Best hotel stay so far. Wish we could stay longer!
