The location is unique! The rooms are amazing… your own swimming pool, jacuzzi, open shower, big sofa, amazing nature… The hotel is in the middle of the jungle and can only be reached by boat or ATV. Extraordinary experience and very special hideaway. The staff is super kind and attentive. They are not transactional like in other hotels where every task is in exchange for a tip; at Tewimake there is a genuine willingness to make your experience great and it shows (and that’s why you should tip 😊). Finally, they will accommodate any activity you want to do, and there are plenty!! (Taurina National Park, surf, padel, Etc. All in all, would totally recommend, amazing experience.

Staff were exceptional, pool was lovely to sit and soak up the sun. Beach was only 15 minute walk away and there were some shops and restaurants 30 minute walk away. Varied food menu and all at reasonable cost. It was very quiet as we were there during off season but we loved that it was the perfect place to relax.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they helped us in many ways and went above and beyond. We stayed here for one night before going into Tayrona, the bus stops outside and is quick and easy to get there plus we were able to leave our bags here. The food here is also really good and is a big portion so good value for money, also recommend the lemonades very tasty!

We liked everything about the property and the staff who were there when you needed them and were nowhere to be seen when you didn’t need them. The accommodation itself was fantastic. We had the cabin with the sea view. It was a little bit of a trek to get there up a steep climb but well worth it. The accommodation had hot and cold water, air-conditioning and electricity with a small microwave inside and coffee making facilities With complimentary coffee of course. the place was immaculately clean and the staff were always on the hand and extremely helpful during our stay I had my birthday there and the staff laid on a special surprise for me around the swimming pool area and then they all sang happy birthday to me All in all. It’s a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it to anybody. It’s perhaps not suitable to stay in the top cabin for people with disabilities as although it has a concrete path almost all the way to the top, the last bit would be a struggle for people with disabilities . However down in the main area where the dining room, kitchens and reception are the accommodation is perfect for anybody with disabilities. in our group we had one person with a wheelchair who stayed main accommodation area making it easy for him to get to the dining area. The area itself is situated just off of the main coastal road and is within easy access to lots of various beaches along the coastal road all within very easy reach of public transport which will stop outside the entrance to promisedland making day trips out to the beaches very easy

The views are incredible, over the Carribbean sea and surrounded by the mountains and trees. The food is good and the staff are all very friendly. You can see all types of wildlife, especially birds, in the trees and landscape around the hostel.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are extremely well kept and put together too. The cleaners come in each day and do a great job but the best thinks about this hotel is the staff! One person in particular is ruby who works in the restaurant team and is exceptional at her job. It helps to speak Spanish here but if you don’t then no worries, they ensure you get what you need and make it work (we do speak Spanish). Ruby though was a stand out and thank you for all you did for us!

Very nice setting with well-kept gardens, shared pool, very accommodating staff and 3 resident parrots… A 20-30 min drive to the entrance to the Tayrona park entrance and a short walk to Buritaca beach.

This hotel is small and therefore few people. It almost feels like you have the full place exclusively to yourself. Peaceful stay, but a bit of music near the pool and bar would make it more lively.
