Very clean, very comfortable. the staff was super helpful (especially Mr. Mehdi and others whom in not aware of names). Very well decorated and rooms full of detailed amenities up to the level of dental floss. Great work by the hotel management and i think it will be a great success. Even the soaps, shampoos and conditioners were of organic type and not containing sodium laureth sulfate which is great.

Czech RepublicIt is on the river Main and I guess you can make nice walks there. The rooms are modern and spacious and have a fridge and - halleluja - a shoe spoon. Noise isolation (it is close to the airport) is very good. The bed is good, the restaurant is good, breakfast is good. The place is a gem:)

excellent sleep, great bed and bedding. Great shower and lovely fresh towels. The shower being visible to the rest of the room was strange to me last year so not a surprise this time anyway as a solo traveller it not a problem.

Very nice hotel situated at the riverside. I stayed there with my wife and 2 dogs, a perfect stay on a nice room with excellent big beds, very tidy and good shower. Very friendly staff and also nice for a walk with the dogs along the river!

The room was so comfy and very quiet. It was very hot outside (40°), but the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. And there was enough parking space behind the hotel; it had a roof, so the car was in the shade.

we didn't see as much as Mainz had to offer, but from Hof...
we didn't see as much as Mainz had to offer, but from Hof Ehrenfels, the pedestrian zone had lots of cool shops and a very enjoyable Indian restaurant, which we visited as a change of cuisine. The Mainz Cathedral is a beautiful place to visit

Wandering the streets away from the shopping area, amongst the stately buildings is always enjoyable. We went by local bus to the Nerobergbahn, then rode the funicular to the top. This was fun. It's a pity that a lot of the buildings on the Marktplatz are being restored at the same time - lots of scaffolding in our photos!

Pretty little town set on the Rhine.
Pretty little town set on the Rhine. The houses are colourful and diverse styles making it a pleasure just to walk the streets and admire them. The walking path west along the Rhine was great for early morning 10km jogs. There are lots of little clothes shops to visit if you like shopping. We stayed two nights and it was perfect.

It was nice that there is a restaurant in the Hotel even though we didn’t have dinner there.
The rooms are quiet and clean.
The bed was comfortable although we are used to a Queen size it was ok.

The reception Clerck didn’t want to give us a free little bottle of water on the second day because only one is being offered as a welcome apparently?
The food served is cold and whiteout any taste.
We had to search outside the dining room for a table because no free tables were available.
The room did not receive any cleansing during our stay. No towels were changed or beds made up.

An ideal location for traveling around the Rhienhessen. the wine producing area of Germany.. Vineyards very attractive, we did feel that the water front could be made far more attractive and encourage more visitors. The next door village / town of Oppenheim. While not located on the waters side has far more old areas / properties and is very well worth a visit.

From our hotel, we walked a few inutes to the main road which had 3 petrol station, 2 Turkish food restaurant, 1 Vietamese restaurant, 1 Sushi restaurant, 1 Greek restaurant, 1 small Cafe.
It is ideal for a short stay and is very close to the Airport and Autobahn.

Love the easy access to German supermarket, REWE. Also there is a great restaurant Baumstammhaus there. Good idea to make reservations on the weekend. Great price and great food. Get the senior plates. Got a regular schnitzel and it hung off the plate. That do box any leftovers though.
We tried Bugs Gutsschänke and that was frightening. Walked in on three people dinning and they we're having a home cooked meal and didn't have a clue about service. Said we could set down and eat with them. It was looney tunes. Don't even bother with it.

The city mixes the "old" and the "new" in a wonderful way. They do not clash.
The churches and museums are wonderfully maintained.
The shops are appealing and the shop owners very friendly.
There are so many wonderful restaurants Ha Noi Pho, the best Vietnamese restaurant I have been to outside Vietnam. L'Angolo a great Italian restaurant, and so may wonderful German eating houses.
