Together with a friend, we decided to spend a weekend in Neustadt to relax and do some hiking across the neighboring wineyards. Achat seemed a nice hotel, properly located close to the station and with a fair cost. We got slightly worried about the subptimal average review score (less than 8) but we decided to give it a try. The staying was amazing! The staff was nice and welcoming. We decided to get breakfast as well for 10 € and we enjoyed the very furnished buffet with fruits, yogurt. bacon, eggs, cheese, and many other delicacies. We did not try the Sauna available for free at the place, but everything else was amazing.

Our room in the new part of the hotel was very nice, comfortable and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Dinner in the restaurant was flawless and breakfast was excellent! Their hotel bar is also recommendable.

The staff was helpful each time I needed anything. The gym was comprehensive and had plenty of equipment to get a good workout. I did not use the Sauna but it looked clean and very nice with a relaxing area and big shower. Towels were available.

Everything was nice, Breakfast was good and the Greek receptionist very helpful.

Everything was fine. And the breakfast was very good, it was hard to leave the table in the morning :)

The mini fridge and the water bottle offered, but also the free coffee machine in the entrances ! Everything was perfect and the staff was very nice !

We needed a quick room as we were travelling around Europe so we never new where our next stop would be at any time. We looked up our next closest stop and found this hotel. It was absolutely brilliant, better than expected. Room was very spacious and bathroom was nice and clean too. There was a little kitchen and sink too which I did not expect . It was perfect because I had a 1 year old and I could just heat her milk on the hob. Staff was very friendly. They gave me a carton of milk when I asked on arrival. Lasted me the night and part of next day too. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. There’s a breakfast little restaurant down the road from hotel. Would definitely recommend as their pastries are soo tastie and omelette was amazing 🥰
