They kept checking when we would be arriving and when they found it would be late (we were delayed), they gave us detailed instructions as to how to access the onsite carpark, how to enter the building, get our key. Also enquired if we needed anything else. Room was clean and felt newish. But size wise it's on the smaller side but enough for 2 persons on a short stay or if you don't need a desk/sofa etc.

Speyer old town is very typical old Germany, nice streets...
Speyer old town is very typical old Germany, nice streets with bars/restaurants etc, large church, sea life centre, Technic Museum, historical Jewish courtyard with a fascinating history. Easy access by road from the A9/A61/B39. Worth a visit is the Hausbrauerie Domhof for great food and local beer.

A short stay, but we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Speyer.
A short stay, but we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Speyer. Most of our time was spent exploring the Technik Museum Speyer, Speyer Cathedral, and the Jewish Courtyard, all of which left a very positive impression. Each attraction was unique and well worth visiting. We would happily recommend Speyer to other travelers.

We've been to Speyer several years.
We've been to Speyer several years. It's one of our favorite German cities. Good mixture of Culture, Religious sites, Restaurants, Tech Museums, Sea World. Good parking. Something for everyone!

Speyer is an unspoilt and pleasant place to visit.
Speyer is an unspoilt and pleasant place to visit. The centre is a positive blend of modernity with stunning historical architecture. For history-lovers, this city is a must-visit. The cathedral, of course and the Pfalz museum are essential to see.

Although a brief visit we were in Speyer to specifically visit the Technik Museum both there and in Sinsheim about a 45 minute drive away.
Would thoroughly recommend a visit to these museums, something there for all ages and very family friendly.
With the day finishing off with a fine meal at the Restaurant and Biergarten Alter Hammer by the Rhine good food, great service can say no moor

Beutiful city, restaurants with decent food, but rude service even though we comunicate in German. It was very clear that the locals (including the bussineses) are not happy with turists. I suspect even more hostility if you speak only English.

Location was great, near the museum and walkable into thecentre in about 10mins. Parking was good, think it got busier the later you arrived. Breakfast was good, lots better than Ibis in UK. Aircon was very good in the room. Staff were v helpful

Newly renovated hotel with a nice interior in the city centre. Very clean and neat. Lovely breakfast room with a nice breakfast offer. Pleasant outside terrace area for sitting.
