The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the gorgeous Sanssouci Park. The room was air conditioned, elegant, impeccably clean, and well-appointed, with a well-stocked mini-fridge. The breakfast buffet was vast and even included lovely jams made in-house. There's a cozy lounge area for a nightcap. At night, it's enough off the beaten track that the room is quiet. The staff are courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It's not cheap, but I learned from a colleague who stayed in a cheaper place, you get what you pay for.

It is a fantastic, intimate hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The building is beautiful, situated in a picturesque and quiet Dutch quarter of Potsdam. It was beyond my imagination how nice, efficient, and courteous the staff was. I had a great room with a cozy living room and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. In a nutshell: a pleasure. I will recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. It was an unforgettable experience.

Beautiful, spacious, clean room with a comfortable, extra large bed. The whole hotel is very stylish and modern. We visited the gym which was perfectly equipped and the water dispenser even had several options of sparklingness :-)

This is a very beautiful hotel which has gorgeous rooms which are spotlessly clean and with everything you might wish for your comfort. I met two of the staff - one an Italian lady and the other Dutch both could not have been more helpful. Thank you I shall stay again en route to my regular missions in Ukraine

Excellent location in a nice green park with a beautiful lake. Breakfast is fantastic, big variety of healthy food, really good coffee, fresh bakery. Rooms are very well decorated, silent, comfortable bed, big bathroom with good shower. Underground parking for cars is a good advantage.

From the moment I checked in I was made to feel Welcome. The location was fantastic with several excellent restaurants close by . The breakfast was fresh and varied.the view onto Luisenplatz was entertaining but not too noisy. Closeness to tram and bus made getting around Potsdam easy

Excellent location for a trip to Potsdam, positioned in a lovely area. My room was up several flights of stairs, it was spacious, very clean & with a nice en-suite. Morning breakfast was good too. The staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

A quiet backwater away from Berlin City Centre but only 20 minutes from Alexanderplatz by train. Beautiful Park full of historical Palaces and wildlife! Mondays are great if you want to see have guided tour all around the Park as the Museums and Palaces are closed so the places we visit with the guide are, an ideal since it is quieter for those who don't want the crowds. Great choice of Restaurants for Lunch and Dinner in Potsdam! Best Lunches we had were at Cafe Alice on Brandenburger Str, the main shopping area of Potsdam. Serves the best Liver and Onions with Potatoes I have had in years (!) and the best Apple Strudel! Grilled Salmon was superb also. Museums in Alter Market are well worth a visit also when in Potsdam! Potsdam is easy to reach from Berlin Airport- RB22 Train is direct and does not go through Berlin City!

It would probably have been cheaper to stay in Berlin or elsewhere and travel into Potsdam for a day. Not a lot happening at night and very few restaurants/pubs. We did find a great pub in the end (called Hafthorn) which we would recommend

Great location to visit both Berlin and Potsdam.

Great location to visit both Berlin and Potsdam. Direct train connection to central Berlin (30 min) were one can see the main sites. Then in Potsdam, one has major attractions such as Sanssouci and Glienicke Bridge with further options to explore the beautiful surroundings including babelsberg and Wannssee
