Nice rooms and the breakfast was super! We enjoyed the spa! All in all the hotel can be recommended. Must say that we did not make use of the the restaurant.

The view of the room facing the road is amazing in winter conditions but comes at the cost of hearing some car/truck noises during the night (depending on your sleep type). The food both at the breakfast and in the evening at the restaurant are amazing.

It was conveniently located and had enough (free) parking spaces, rooms are spotlessly clean and the hosts were the best you can wish for: super friendly and warmhearted people who run this place perfectly. You'll feel at home immediately and it's truly a home away from home. Also the breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant is delicious! I'll definitely visit here again when i'm in Sauerland and absolutely recommend this place.

A nice and cozy apartment, partly of an old farmhouse. We're warmly welcomed by the friendly host. The apartment was very clean, kitchen well equipped and situated in a peaceful part of Sauerland. From here we've hiked and cycled around the nearby located Biggesee and visited the town Olpe.

The hotel is an old style but very cozy and welcoming and the location is just great, we had the Deluxe room with lake view and the view was just stunning. Good quality and variety of food at the breakfast so in overal I would say that this hotel is 100% worth the money.

I booked late and arrived late after a 14km hike! The kitchen was already closed, but they still made me a light meal! Ibwas only there for one night, but everything looked so good and the people were very helpful! The breakfast was very good, but as i've been to many hotels, the breakfast was standard for that kind of pricerange, so that's still excelent but not different. It might be because i chose the stirred eggs and bacon with herbs mixed in(so not very local). The outside was very nice and clean! Eventough they(landscapers) were working outside my window i only noticed when i opened the windows. So even for a short stay this was worth the max amount of stars!

The pillows were by far the best we had in any hotel in Germany! Spectacular night sleep. Would go back just for those, but the sauna with panoramic view completes the awesomeness of this place. On top of the outside pool (which gets a great view of the sunset), there is a gigantic indoor pool (this one unfortunately closes at 19h) and a great indoor wellness part that stays open until late.

Breakfast was as expected - plenty of choice with the available products. The staff were amazing and the location next to the river was excellent. I was only here for 2 days of work but still managed to walk =25 miles in the evenings. The river can be taken to get into the town for other facilities.
