Beautiful hotel with history. Queen size room very comfortable. Very good breakfast. Parking place only 15 CHF and dog fee only 5 CHF. I was pleasantly surprised, that hotel provided my dog with blanket, dog bed, plates and even snack. For that 10 points :)

A hidden gem of hotel. It was bit out of the way for people wanting to visit Zurich. It was lovely drive from airport to hotel through Swiss countryside. Continental breakfast was nice with freshly baked bread, eggs, fruit and selection of breakfast cheese & meats.

Beautiful, warm, and cosy room. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the treats left in the room were a lovely touch. The tram stop is right beside the hotel, which made getting around very easy. Samantha was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Everything..... Right from the start till end..... Let me give the details 1. Location - Take Tram no. 4 from Zurich HB towards Zurich Altstten and alight at Toni Areal.....after a 10 min joy ride. The hotel is 100m from the team stop..... Next to Sheraton. Be cautious as they have another branch nearer to the station at Langstrasse. There's 2 large supermarkets close by which operate Mon - Sat 2. Reception - manned by very cheerful staff. I interacted with Nicola, Michelle, Pati and another bearded guy (apologies for forgetting his name) and during my 4 nights stay..... And man..... They would do everything to respond to you with a genuine warmth and smile. A big shout out to the reception staff 👍👍 3. Decor - It gives the look of a boutique hotel and had some nice setup..... They are into some green initiative and that's being promoted everywhere 4. Room - A very decent sized room with extremely comfortable beds. Toilet comes with a shower area with an very nice rain shower 5. Highlight - Mini bar in the room is complimentary. I have stayed in so many hotels and this is the first time I came across a such a gesture. They have a stock of 2 beers, 2 colas, one small pack of potato chips and one small chocolate. And guess what? They would refill it on request. It maybe costing them an extra 5-10 USD but creates a tonne of goodwill 6. Breakfast - our booking didn't include breakfast. Their buffet costs 26 - 32 CHF and they also have a grab and go option of 9 CHF 7. Food - They have an Italian restaurant (with room dining option) with prices comparable to other mid range restaurants. I could see a Indian Nepali restaurant in the vicinity. For more options, take the tram till Limmetplatz where you can have many options at different price range 8. Housekeeping - as a part of their green initiative, they do housekeeping only on demand. You've to inform them at the reception or hang one of the 25 very creative for signs 9.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The location was very convenient with just 4mins walk to the tram and bus. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, attentive to details and made extra efforts to accommodate our requests. We had a crib requested in our room and it was really cute with a hotel branded Teddy bear that my son loved very much. The breakfast provided was also amazing with plenty of choices and freshly baked goodies. The room also had luxury body products from rituals within an option to buy from the hotel which i thought was a very nice touch. The Zurich zoo is within walking distance from the hotel and you can also enjoy the picturesque views of Lake and nearby scenery from the hotel with outdoor seating area.

Incredible hotel, in an incredible location! Our favourite Hotel in Europe! Spectacular views of Lake Zurich. Only 5 minute drive to the Lindt Chocolate factory and 15 minutes to the centre of Zurich. The hotel itself is very modern, extremely clean and such a wonderful experience! The wellness area has a gym, spa, hot tub, sauna rooms etc and all are immaculately clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay outside of Zurich CBD but still be so close to everything! Thanks for a wonderful stay! We loved it!

I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I plan on going back very very soon!! there is a lovely hike from the hotel and it was picturisq exploring the place. It is a beautiful respite from all the boring hotels in the city of Zurich, and it has become a part of my annual holiday plan, if not more frequently

amazing experience in Switzerland, clean air. People will fairly help you as a tourist probably due to English barrier. but most people just tell u they dont know and move on while some people stay and find a way to help you. its a mixed reaction i stayed only two days so I cant really judge how my tourist experience was like. But i love the views, amazing artifacts of arts, lovely clean lake. The city is perfect.

Kloten is a relatively typical airport town. Did a bit of touring, and was not bad. I suspect there is more here than I had time to see. Very polite people and would like to go back to visit longer.

The hotel is very close to the airport. Zurich is very expensive, so a budget hotel is great for overnight. Tram 10 takes you to the airport in two stops and the city centre in about 1/2 hour. For aviation lovers, Runway 34 Restaurant, is a unique (if expensive) experience about 10 minutes walk from Ibis Budget Zurich Airport Hotel

Clean and tidy, staff were very friendly and helpful! Had a couple of minor issues, but the fantastic breakfast made up for any pitfalls! Would definitely go there again. Good value! It was only a stopover stay for one night, which was all I needed.

Museums, old town, C&A shop reasonable for students, friendliness of people, excellent service and everyone spoke English and courteous to us. People went way and beyond to help us - 1 patifnrt took us to train station to help facilitate student train pass.

My wife and I would have loved to enjoy Zurich but we only used the airport for arrival and departure. We rented a car to enjoy Switzerland and I can tell you that the roads were nice and well documented. We also found the airport to be efficient and the staff very friendly.

Very convenient to visit Zurich (10 mins to the main station by train and trains and 15 mins to Zurich airport by bus/tram). All public means of transport are on-time, reliable, and very often. Shops, restaurants, bakeries - all within a walking distance.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I asked for a kettle in my room to make tea (only Coffee machine with pods in room), the restaurant (which had a delicious menu with lots for vegetarians who love cheese) gave me a jug of milk too, everything perfect!! It's great to have a reception manned by staff at all hours of the day/night and checking out at 12 noon was an added perfection (to allow packing and showering AFTER breakfast). Room lovely and quiet. I would definitely come here again :-)

Horgen is a charming little village, lovely to walk around. It has a quaint centre and a beautiful waterfront. Easy travel into Zurich by train. Easy travel to mountains and skiing by train or car. Good supermarkets with good opening hours. We didn’t try the restaurants as we were visiting relatives but we did get a great takeaway - burritos. You can even swim in Lake Zurich by walking down to the waterside at various points. Great.

It is a residential area, and away from the scenic Instagramable Switzerland pics you see online. It is a nice quite area to live in, only if it is not your first time to Switzerland, and if you are there for a longer duration stay
