Super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is great, has a (paid) parking with electric car charging. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel has a nice gym, sauna, and a great restaurant. It's close to a train station that can easily take you to the city center or the airport, and it is within walking distance to fast food chains and supermarkets.

Clean and tidy, staff were very friendly and helpful! Had a couple of minor issues, but the fantastic breakfast made up for any pitfalls! Would definitely go there again. Good value! It was only a stopover stay for one night, which was all I needed.

This is a place where you go for a sleepover when having a big layover at the Zürich airport. So, the hotels are not cheaper than in the city but it is good connected to the main station and the airport.

This was a surprisingly comfortable and quiet place to stay the night before our flight. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Pay for parking in the gravel lot seemed unfair as they did not even ask for your car info.

It's too far outside of the nice part of Zurich.

It's too far outside of the nice part of Zurich. Stay in Zurich Old Town where you can walk around. Otherwise, traffic is bad & it takes too long to get around. Only stay here if you need to stay the night before your plane leaves.

Nothing to see in Rumlang.

Nothing to see in Rumlang. Just a good place for a hotel stay to catch a flight out or to recover from a flight in. Good proximity to the ZRH Airport, with most hotels offering shuttle services. Best places to stay are at the Moevenpick (CHF 33 Breakfast, but a good one) or the Holiday Inn Express (Free B'fast included)

Location very close to Zurich airport. I got a taxi from the airport to hotel, trip took approx 5 mins. Bus stops right across the road, much cheaper - would use that next time, now I know it is so convenient to hotel. Took the shuttle bus back to the airport paid about €6 for the shuttle. Excellent service. I ate in the restaurant, menu not too varied - but what I had was good. Service was very good, staff pleasant and very attentive. Breakfast was nice too - quite a selection. Coffee was excellent,

I needed a hotel close to Zurich airport for 1 night when my flight was canceled. I jumped on the app and found the Holiday Inn Express and booked it within 30 seconds. There was a free shuttle bus to get me to hotel which I appreciated and I was at the hotel within 20 minutes of booking it. The hotel staff were super efficient and friendly which made check-in a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good with a great selection to choose from.

Excellent facilities and good breakfast. Very good reception staff such as Svetlana who helped tremendously and another guy who does the night shift( forgot his name), both of them seamlessly facilitated my stay and helped with directons from Rumlang station to Zurich HB and charging my phone. Delightful options for healthy beverages near reception. Good clean rooms...Definitely recommended for a short stay.

We liked friendliness of the night manager, the quality, cleanliness and quiet of the room - and the decor: the giant Zurich map on the wall was fun and helpful too, and gave a sense of place often missing in airport hotels
