Positive reviews for the Royal City Spa Hotel in Zaragoza, a booking platform. The Hotel & Spa Real Ciudad de Zaragoza in Zaragoza truly deserves five stars! I live in room 605 and had to rush to catch a flight to Madrid Airport in the early hours of the morning. In my haste, I accidentally left my jacket in the room. When I arrived at the airport to board the flight, the hotel staff promptly contacted me to inform me about the lost item. After returning home, I communicated with the hotel regarding the shipping of the required packages. The staff were patient throughout the process and even helped pack the clothing and arrange for it to be sent to the local postal service. Eventually, the jacket was successfully sent back to Beijing. The room was clean and comfortable to live in, and what’s more remarkable is that the hotel’s service was extremely considerate and responsible. This experience of recovering lost items has greatly enhanced my positive impression of this hotel. If you’re choosing a place to stay in Zaragoza, this hotel is an excellent choice!  

Excellent front desk, very clean, good bathroom and very comfortable mattress. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality for the price paid. Great location, walkable from the entrance to the train station and a short taxi ride to the old town. Would highly recommend.

The hotel has an old worldy feel with romaneque sculptures and marble floors with old telephone booths and other remnents from the 70s

Perfecto para lo que necesitábamos. Habitación y baño muy amplios, buen parking y cerca de la carretera, para no desviarse mucho del camino. Aceptan mascotas (cargo aparte) y cafetería/restaurante en el propio hotel. El staff fue muy amable.

The Hotel is ideally located, short walks into the City, with many Shopping possibilities, Restaurants, Bars and the Attractions are all just a short walking distance. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent. It's very convenient to go anywhere. There is a parking lot nearby, which is really handy.The breakfast is quite good.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location is great. I also got a room upgrade thanks to the Booking level, and it was amazing.

Despite numerous reviews expressing concerns about the hotel’s dated decorations and design, we found these elements to be among its most charming and original features. The hotel exudes a unique character and ambiance, a rarity in today’s hospitality landscape. It’s full of art, feels like you live in the museum. Furthermore, its prime location greatly enhanced our experience, offering excellent value for money and making our stay particularly memorable

The service was incredible. We arrived with a dog and they had everything prepared and were more than friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel almost by accident and it turned out to be one of the most fabulous places we have ever stayed in. It's an architectural marvel as well as stylish AND comfortable. My husband said he'd had the best nights sleep for weeks. We had a meal in the bar and I had one of the best glasses of wine I've had in years. HIGHLY recommend especially since it's also incredibly good value for money.

Extremely good location and reasonable price. It's a simple hotel, rooms are small and with minimal equipment, but fully functional for a short stay. Totally recommended if you want something near El Tubo.
