The room was spacious and clean, the view outside was wonderful, and the environment was quiet. The staff were kind, and it was a very comfortable stay.

A great hotel. It’s old and authentic but well renovated and the beds are very comfortable. It’s always my first choice when I come to Lons le saunier. It’s run independently which is nice given that many hotels are chains. It’s easy to park and the station is right opposite so transport either way is easy. It’s quiet and cosy. And the staff are really wonderful: friendly and helpful. It’s very central: five minutes walk from the centre (plenty of restaurants and bars). I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfectly situated at the bancs of the Doubs, this typical Ibis is ideal for a visit to Besançon and its old town. The breqkfqst is great qnd the same restaurant has a very good priced menu with various tasty dishes for € 16.90. We loved it. The rooms are ok for the purpose, the bed comfy and the bathroom nice. The TV is huge and great . Staff are friendly and very helpful. We would not hesitate one minute to stay there again.

Modern and clean, dog was welcome. The windows can be opened. The pillows are excellent. It is not located near the centre, but great for an overnight stay. This was our second stay. On our first stay we arrived later than 1 a.m. due to traffic and we still got the booked room thanks to the 24 h reception.

Nice and little cozy room perfect for a quick stop to rest! Also we needed to work on our laptops after the check-out hours and the staff was very helpful and friendly, letting us work in the dinning room.

The location was appropriate for our needs. Everything else as expected except this time we made it to the hotel well before 9pm so managed to check in with a team member. What a joy. Denis was absolutely brilliant. His friendly yet professional approach was spot on in terms of an excellent customer service. I could not have done it better myself. Without exaggeration Denis has made our stay. I am sure, his knowledge of how to look after a guest, combined with his personal positive attitude make him able to go way above his current role for his own as well as company benefit. Yes, I think Denis should be promoted and used as an example of a team member who goes an extra mile for a client. Thank You Denis and all the best.
