But.. what deserve a 10 out of 10 is the breakfast. This quality is rarely found even in 5 stars hotels. The buffet breakfast is of super high interest.

GermanyAs I got in the room a cool breeze with a very pleasent soft smell struck me after almost 10 hours of driving with three toddlers in the car. It helped a lot. The two rooms were well connected, the bed was heavenly and the sheets very soft. All the staff were very polite and ready to help. The breakfast was an example how a breakfast should be done.

It was clean and well-kept. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The location was good, and on-site parking. It was dog friendly and they had dinner options on-site which helped, as there were no grocery stores open when we arrived. We only stayed for one night, but I think it would’ve been nice to stay longer. The woman at reception was incredibly friendly and offered to leave the pool and gym open longer for us since we arrived soon before they were due to close.

Clean and comfortable good size room. Everything was new, the hotel is right next to the highway so very easy to find. The soundproofing is great so you don't hear any noise and you can get a good rest. If you are trying to visit Grenoble this is definitely not for you as it's in the middle of an industrial estate outside of the city. But if you are looking for a place to get quality rest while you are on the road it's amazing value for money

The view was so dreamy, windows opening to the Alps !
Location was great as well, right at the centre and at 2 minutes walk from the tram station, and the Christmas market was just across the road!
The room was clean, staff was cordial, breakfast buffet was good.
Over all, it was a very good stay! Highly recommended

Grenoble is a pleasant university town, a valley town tucked in the Rhone Alps hills; about an hour north east of Lyon. Many nice places to walk to, no need for a car. Restaurants are resonably priced and not over bling bling.
One noticeable feature the city suffers from are homeless people. Similar to Nantes, more local government management and police enforcement is needed for this problem and for the vandalism to cars, especially to those outside of the department and the country. Like Paris, it's becoming more and more a problem for residents and visitors.

Was travelling by motorcycle with 2 friends also both on motorcycles. Reception / checking-in was very efficient and we were offered the use of locked garage at the side of the building to secure our motorcycles out of sight, an offer we gladly took up.
Evening dining options at the hotel are (very) limited comprising of a vending machine & microwave however approx 10-15 walk is a nice steakhouse on the main road.
Breakfast, self-service, was more than adequate with a simple choice but plenty of it.
Would happily stay here again if in the area.

it was difficult to locate unless you approach it from the motorway. we circled it twice before satnav showed us the way. surrounded by restaurants all within walking distance - 3 minutes.

Calm and quiet village next to Grenoble with a good bus connection to the city center and main station. Offers City bikes and scooters. Bike lines are available, Hiking to the nearest mountains is possible directly from the village without necessary to use any public transport

Grenoble's old town is fascinating & city has numerous VG restaurants serving different national cuisines. Great base between 3 mountain ranges, good to escape into as the city is rather air-polluted in high summer.
Substantial and frequent tram system makes getting about very simple.

Voreppe is located at the foot of the Vercor and Chartreuse mountain ranges, within 20 minutes from Grenoble. If you like mountains, green scenery, snow capped mountains, this is a place for you. You are within reasonable distances from small villages, the large Grenoble metropolis, 1 h from the 2nd largest city in France (Lyon) and dozens of ski resort ( for winter or summer activities).
