- From $2,774.09 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.6Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 142 reviewsI loved the warm welcome I received and unexpected upgrade of the room. The butler, Clementin, was very professional and treated me with sincere and respect when showing me around the hotel. Clementin helped me with a dinner reservation at the Winter Garden, and he made me feel at ease the whole time. It was my first time at the hotel, I felt very happy with the staff I interacted and the dinner with my friends at the Winter Garden was just superb. The room and the interior, just beautiful and clean.Guest review bySooFrance

Paris was not that magical romantic city as they portray on movies or internet :) Roads with homeless people (sorry to say its the fact to mention), one picked argument & asking money simply when I walked on pavement, said I am tresspassing his home pointing to a old torn matress on the pavement, in Metro we were alerted by station officer (this was good). Uber service very bad! We are family with 2 teen children, the drivers upon seeing us waiting, simply wave the hand and cancel booking. One did cancel on us at 1am midnight at Eiffle Tower area. We still dont know whats wrong with 4 pax in taxi which is normal in Singapore where we live. Restaurants full of tourists, we waited sometimes 15 mins until we had to call them and waiter wasnt happy, he pointed another waiter & walked away :) Avoid Paris if you can, outside Paris Beaue, Lyon, Versailles were little better in our experience but expect low service quality compared to Asia we get in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines etc. My feeling was, they are getting have too many tourists & good business, so they value the service standard. Sorry if my observation was wrong and I am just unlucky :)Guest review byLapogdaIndia - 10.0

The apartment is clean, well equipped and convenient for Metro Line 3, a large supermarket and local bistros. There is also a scattering of take away vans near the station that look well used by the locals. One in particular - based around a London bus - appears to have a large screen where many gather to watch football (soccer). We used this as a base for exploring Paris, rather than visiting Bagnolet, but could see plenty of places in the area where we would have liked to spend time had we not been trying to cram so much of central Paris into our stay. Père Lachaise cemetery is only 3 stops away, for those who would like to pay their respects to the likes of Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde and Edith Piav. Metro Line 3 offers a convenient gateway to Paris, as well as an easy route to Gare du Nord and the Eurostar, or train link to CDG. Gare du Nord has a luggage drop facility that allows you to leave your bags to let you squeeze every last moment of your final hours in this amazing city, unencumbered by luggage.Guest review byAntheaUnited Kingdom - 8.0
I loved the fact that room was very warm, it's amazing!
I loved the fact that room was very warm, it's amazing! The location is very convenient, since it's close to metro and buses. But the photos didn't really match the reality (they were taken some years ago for sure). The room just need a little fresh touch and better cleaning (the floor cover had stains). But overall, it was a nice stay.Guest review byAlla L.Portugal - 2.0

this property is not suitable for human living. it is even worst than third world countries. Electric currents in entire bathroom with water running around, abusive and nonsense manager, property is in dangerous condition, tons of mosquitoes, heaters are also giving you intermittent shocks, all the furniture is absolutely rubbish. we left the property with life threatening danger and with absurd manager. Our vacation is spoiled completely. we have to call emergency 112 to secure us and finally able to came out from this property, walked many kilometers in a rainy cold day to move to another accommodation with premium payment. it will be not shame to say that Booking.com is running a scam by promoting such hazardous property with higher ranking. totally worthless.Guest review byRajeshGermany - 10.0

There are plentiful shops, restuarants, pharmacies, bakers, banking, grocery and clothing options. The metro stops in Saint Mande- M1 train. I recommend La Fraternite restuarant. Also La Tourvelle is excellent. The area brasseries are all quite nice. The Balmer Boulangerie (bakery) is excellent as is B Bakery. The fruit and juice stand across from the Balmer and near hotel Le Ruisseau is excellent (fresh squeezed smoothies 5 euros? Le Ruisseau is an exccelent choice for lodging.Guest review byHarryUnited States - 10.0

There's just so much to do in Paris that a week's trip wasn't sufficient. Moreover, I've struggled with jet lag the entire time, which cut down my energy by half. Even with better sleep management, I wish I had two solid weeks to see as many museums as possible, eat the unique cuisine, and try more activities. Lastly, Paris is quite a romantic city - enjoy it ideally with someone special (even a good friend).Guest review byLeeUnited States - 8.0

It's a great option for budget travellers with easy access to public transport including metro and bus. The surrounding area is a bit rough around the edges, but there is a mall across the street which is very convenient for picking up necessities and snacks. The restaurant in the building has lots of options and is not too pricey.Guest review byRobert PowersCanada - 8.0
Our room was in the first level.
Our room was in the first level. Although there were some noises from the street, closing the window eliminated all of them. The room's facilities and equipment were fine for even more than a one-week trip, as we did. Polite and friendly staff was the other positive point. Comfort beds and private bath.Guest review byMehrdad - 10.0

A village with real character and yet very close to the city of Paris with excellent shops and restaurants. a Carrefour, Vanilla bakery and numerous little cafes. The corner cafe/ restaurant 'Villa Saint Gervais' on the corner of Place du General Leclerc was our go-to place for refreshments and superb meals. my favourite boutique: BisBis, on Rue Andre Joineau for an eclectic selection of accessories and clothes. There is a good offer of public transport connections and a bicycle hire pickup-station nearby.Guest review bySimoneUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We were in Paris for 4 days, but managed to pack in a visit to Mont Martres, Eifel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, sunset cruise on Seine, la Louvre and Notre Dame Cathedral- just outside- the queues were too long. We walked around for most of our trips, but took a taxi to my favourite, the Palace and gardens of Versailles. We ate in "Le Royal" twice, lovely staff and fab food. Had a drink in L'Eden. Nice the first time, not so great 2nd. Had dinner on our last day in a lovely restaurant, "Non Coupables"with friendly staff, but meal was ruined a bit by a furry friend scurrying across the floor.Guest review byEithneIreland
