This is the best place to stay in Sens. I had a comfort room and it was huge. Importantly, it is in a good part and safe part of Sens, parking is very easy and everything is as it should be. The breakfast was fantastic. But the thing I appreciated the most was easily the staff. On the check in to be greeted with a water, map of the city, advice where to go and what to eat etc was a very nice touch. It felt like staff were willing to accomodate anything you needed. To prove this point, I left a folder of documents in my room and this was only discovered when I was hours away. The hotel however called me and after requesting sent it promptly to my hotel in Paris for pickup at the end of my trip. They did this free of charge, provided me a tracking number and even arranged for express postage. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Our room was a little apartment - really comfortable and we instantly felt at home. Lots of space for us and our cat. We arrived quite late because of traffic, but the welcome was warm and friendly - the hostess went the extra mile by actually taking us to the room instead of just directing. We would have been happy to stay for more than one night.

Quiet and by a stream and in a country garden with morning doves. Large bedroom and bathroom - with a view. Local artists’ pictures. Our host was charming and hospitable

Amazing location and very nice staycation. The restaurant here is great and we had 2 dinners here. The rooms I booked is not large but cozy. I like everything.

Large room with closet and stand for suitcase, big double bed, interesting decoration- a sort of cubist pattern reflected in the drapes. There was a kettle for tea/coffee (supplied.) Bathroom has beautiful tile-work, large soaker shower head available, and hair dryer built in.

The best Premiere Classe we have ever stayed in.

Perfect for an overnight stopover. Comfy bed, good shower, great view, excellent breakfast including perfect coffee…..and parking. Absolute bargain!

The rooms were very new and clean. Also my whole family fitted in the rooms just fine.

Fabulous place, lots of character

The receptionist guy, Morroccan, was so friendly and got on really well with him. I paid for an earlier check in which was OK for 15€. The coffee from your machine here is also superb. Especially for 2€. I even got a parking space for my large van, right where I could see it. I do usually stay at Premier class hotels, as its all about the bottom.line in my business. If the prices of your hotels matched those of Premier class, I would definitely stay more often. Its also about locations as I travel all over Europe ( from London ) for my delivery work. I've stayed in B&B Hotels many times before and always found them great, but slightly over my budgets usually. Glad I opted to stay here this time though. 10/10. Thank you

I have stayed at this hotel several times en route to/from eastern France. Comfortable room with large wet-room and comfortable bed. Large grounds to exercise my dog. All good.

We have stayed here a few times before as the location is perfect just off the A6. The staff are always friendly. The rooms are always clean, the bed is comfy and the breakfast is lovely.

I thought it was OK no thrills

The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and included cereals, fruit, coffee, juices etc and a wide range of cheeses.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable and very good value for money. We particularly appreciated the secure parking and being able to see our car from our room window. Our room was on the first floor and easily accessible by elevator, which was very convenient. There is also an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant directly across the road, which we tried and really enjoyed. The only area that could be improved was the air conditioning, which unfortunately didn't cool the room enough. We slept with the window open, which helped and was fine for us that night, but this may not be ideal during warmer weather. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay with everything we needed, and we would happily stay here again.
