Totally love the vibe of this beautiful cottage, it’s spotless, super stylish and secure. The host Clair was so lovely and accommodating, taking an extra mile in welcoming her guests. My girls went crazy over the cozy bunk beds. Would love to go back to this little gem again in the future.

Lovely welcoming staff in what is not dissimilar to a TravelLodge or Premier Inn-style hotel. The food is basic but good value. They obviously serve families on a regular basis and there are facilities for children's play outside or for parties inside.

I have family in the area so was up there for a family event. Lots of coffee shops and small shops in Oxton village. There is a lot to explore in the wider area as well. Love coming back up to the Wirral - beautiful area. We ate at the Jug & Bottle in Heswall which was excellent.

New Brighton is where we spent most of our time and the amenities and walking up and down the prom was great. There were big chain restaurants and some really great smaller cafes especially near the New Brighton train station. Getting to and from Liverpool by train was really easy and a lot cheaper than I thought it would be, think for 2 with a rail card was 6.90 return. Pleasantly surprised

The art gallery was fabulous. There were a few very nice tea rooms. The one we used had a very good, unusual menu and the food was delicious. The whole place is extremely picturesque. We didn't watch Peaky Blinders but apparently some of it was filmed there.

Visited and bought items in several shops...always a pleasant smile and chats in each. I visited this little gem of a Traditional seaside venue...in late January. It was rather chilly. .as you would expect. Considering laying my head down for a Week in possibly June. Am accomplished at negotiating fair deals...as a Pensioner of 72....and former Ms Chester Journalist .

I was there for the annual Wilson Cup at the West Kirby Sailing Club so it was a special weekend, full of like-minded folks. But what a spectacular waterfront along Marine Lake and the gorgeous sandbank beyond. Enjoyed exploring Bank Street, and some of the area restaurants. A long weekend was perfect. Make sure to book a meal at the wonderful pub and bistro, Ring O’Bells.

I spent most of my stay in Port Sunlight, but definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Merseyside. Staying on Wirral makes for a more relaxing trip than being in the centre of Liverpool but is just 14 minutes away via Merseyrail. Port Sunlight still feels like something of a 'hidden gem' with many people not knowing anything about it. It is a beautiful 'model' workers' village that hosts my favourite art gallery, the Lady Lever Gallery at its centre. We had dinner at The Bridge Inn in Port Sunlight on our first night. It's a "Greene King" pub in a historic local building. The menu is pretty typical pub fayre but the food was good quality and enjoyable, and they have some great offers on different nights which made it very reasonably priced.

Ive already recommended the property to friends . Wonderful location ,,close to all that Port Sunlight has to offer . Also very close to the railway station where regular trains are available for trips in to Liverpool or Chester. Really have to say Stanley , You've got it dead right pal.
