A wonderful place with an even more wonderful host!
Our stay at Psaromatis was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kris – an exceptional host who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt truly at home right away.
The place is spotlessly clean, peaceful, and quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The location is great – within walking distance of lovely restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches.
The staff were all friendly, cheerful, and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and varied, with quality ingredients and generous portions.
Staying at Psaromatis, we discovered not only another beautiful place in Greece, but also a new friend in Kris. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!

When we arrived we got welcomed by the owner of the hotel. The room was very beautiful, cozy, clean and with a good working air conditioning. The cleaning service did every day a great job. I’m our room we had the nice balcony with a sunset on the sea every night. From our balcony we could also see the swimming pool, with the hot weather it was really nice to go for a dive there and lay in the sun. Every morning we had a good and diverse breakfast. The staff was always really nice and polite, when we were going for dinner the owner of the hotel brought us to the city center. These 2 days we experienced as more than perfect and very lovely.

Very clean, nice pool, close to town, very friendly stuff! We forgot our documents in the room and were already on the ferry and the girls from the hotel organized to bring us all the stuff with the next boat and called us to make sure everything went well. Big Thank you <3 !!

The hotel is in a very good position. Near the beach and right in the biggest village of the island. The staff changes towels and bed sheets every other day and they sweep the floor while you are away.

One of the most amazing places.
One of the most amazing places. Beaches are wide and long with lot of place for finding a secluded corner just for yourself, sea is warm and beautiful with alluring colours and views are breathtaking. We loved Kato Nissi beach and Lefki and enjoyed snorkelling over ancient Pavlipetra city. The village of Elafonisos is vivid with lot of tavernas and places for enjoyable evenings. Perfect holiday spot. Anywhere you sit you’ll get good food and good service. Moving around the island is easy, but you’ll need a car. Getting to Elafonisos is also easy with ferries going from Pounta every 30 minutes with costs of 16 EUR for 2 adults and a vehicle.

Ideal place for a short (3-4 days) holiday. Beautiful beaches (although when it is windy there are waves), and lots of tavernas and fish restaurants in the port. To get there is a 4.5 hours drive from Athens to Pounta, and a 15 mins ferry ride from Pounta to Elafonisos with several ferries crossing every 30 mins. Small Simos beach is the best, and you can find very spaceous umbrellas but pricey (50-60 euros for 3 persons)

Basically an Island characterised only by it's beach Simos . Some fine dining in the city and being a nature sancturay Natura 2000 you can get to see the gorgeous Karetta stroling in the sea of the port
