Wonderful place, just like Mrs. Margarita, a person of rare kindness and charm. She went out of her way to help us and made sure we had everything we might need in the apartment. Attentive yet discreet, she strives to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is beautiful: new, well-maintained and with a fantastic sea view from the equally lovely terrace. It's located on a quiet beach with just one restaurant/bar. Easily accessible, it offers peace and proximity to the sea for those who don't want to search for beaches. I highly recommend it

The house is located in a quiet and serene place and the proximity to the closest village is 8min drive. The house was beautifully decorated and very well equipped in every single detail. At our arrival, two kind girls welcomed us and explained us everything about our villa. Evi, the owner was friendly and helped us on every request or info needed. The beach just few steps away from our veranda. Manolis was always there to st up the umbrellas and sunbeds for us

Our suite was beautiful and extremely cleaned - equipped with all the amenities that you might need. The view from the balcony was stunning and every other location (port, xora etc) was in close proximity to get there. Highly recommend staying there and definitely will come back next year. Foteini and Christophoros are great hosts and always available for our questions!

I liked the location, near to the ferry port, the super market and restaurants are 50m away and the bakery 20m. You are also 80m from the beach. Everything was perfect.

We were met at the port by the home owner, Demitra, and we...

We were met at the port by the home owner, Demitra, and we followed her all the way to the rental home at the Kouri Escape. Demitra gave us info about the island and suggestions about where to go and where to eat. She was very sweet and made herself available if we had any needs. The beach house was beautiful and the Aegean Sea is breathtaking! The neighbors were also very kind and their dog was a sweetheart! We enjoyed so much about our stay and consider it a trip of a lifetime❤️

Was disappointed with Arapis restaurant.

Was disappointed with Arapis restaurant. Trip advisor reviews were good but my dinner of chicken and rice seemed like uncle Ben’s rice and overcooked frozen chicken. Had fantastic ice cream tho at the Maistrali and lunch at the Veggaria. Such a lovely lady there.

Episkopi is one very nice sandy beach, close to Merichas (Kythnos' main port), with a very nice beach bar (Puntaki) with great music and polite service and sunbeds with ombrellas. You can also do water sports (kayak available to rent on site).

Very beautiful island, nearby to Piraeus and Lavrio ports (approx. 3hrs from Piraeus and 1 1/2 hours from Lavrio). Great food, friendly people, can satisfy almost everyone, either looking for peace, restaurants, bars and some nightlife.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location of the house is just perfect — peaceful, calm, and with absolutely stunning views. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Christos was incredibly kind and welcoming; he really stood out as a host. The highlights of our stay were definitely the location, the comfort of the house, and the overall tranquility. Highly recommended! I didn't like that Booking didn't warn that there was a state tourist tax supplement, that it had to be paid on the spot, and that there was no prior notice.
