We recently spent seven nights at this beautiful new hotel on the island of Kythnos and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. At first, we were a bit hesitant as it’s a brand-new property with no reviews at the time of booking — but the moment we arrived, any doubts disappeared. From the moment we were welcomed by Mrs Maria, her husband, and the lovely team, we felt genuinely cared for. Their warmth and hospitality were above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Every detail had been thought through — from the welcome treats in the room to the personalised care throughout our stay. Communication with the hotel was also incredibly smooth. They have a dedicated WhatsApp number, which made everything effortless — from food and beach service to general requests at any time of day. It made the whole experience feel seamless and thoughtful. The rooms were immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and offered complete privacy — with stunning views, a private pool, and interiors that reflect thoughtful design (something I really appreciate as an interior designer). The entire space felt like a peaceful haven. Breakfast was a daily highlight. Rather than a typical buffet, we were treated to a curated menu that changed daily — always fresh, always delicious, and more than generous. You’ll never get bored of the food here. The hotel also offers access to a beautiful, quiet beach just before the more well-known Kolona Beach. They provide sunbeds and umbrellas, and even offer buggy transport down with beachside food and drink service — a truly luxurious touch. This has been one of the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays we’ve ever had. I’m so grateful we found this gem and will absolutely be returning. I’ve already started recommending it to friends — it’s that good.

Me and my friend had an absolutely fantastic stay here at The Thermia Suites. The staff was so wonderful and helpful, they went above and beyond for us to have a good time, not only at the hotel but at the whole island of Kythnos. We also got upgraded to the suites, which was amazing. It was so clean and lovely to stay there, the pool was also amazing.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kythnos. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Kythnos!

This stay was the epitome of authentic Greek hospitality! It's not just about the excellent services, the prime location (less than 100 meters from the heart of the village), or the breathtaking view from our second-floor balcony — it's about the people behind it all. Their passion for what they do shines through every detail, and it's clear they genuinely love welcoming guests. As Greeks traveling in our own country, this was one of the most memorable and heartwarming experiences we've ever had. We left with full hearts and a strong desire to return. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be coming back to Kythnos, thanks to this incredible host! If only Booking com could allow users once a year to rate a business with more than a 10... They would for sure get it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and the outdoor space was perfect. The beach Naousa was in walking distance and one of the best of Kythnos. There was aircon in every room and you felt at home. Both the manager and the owner of the place was super sweet. Walking uphill from the beach to the house I passed the owners Nikos house who yelled my name and gave me a cold beer for the trip. We didn't want to leave but will for sure be back.

Mrs Aphrodite was amazing, very hospitable, friendly and helpful. The property was near loutra beach, so we had our bath every morning. The room was very clean and they keep the property clean every day. Our veranda was with sea view, it was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable.

Very beautiful island, nearby to Piraeus and Lavrio ports (approx. 3hrs from Piraeus and 1 1/2 hours from Lavrio). Great food, friendly people, can satisfy almost everyone, either looking for peace, restaurants, bars and some nightlife.

Was disappointed with Arapis restaurant.

Was disappointed with Arapis restaurant. Trip advisor reviews were good but my dinner of chicken and rice seemed like uncle Ben’s rice and overcooked frozen chicken. Had fantastic ice cream tho at the Maistrali and lunch at the Veggaria. Such a lovely lady there.

Episkopi is one very nice sandy beach, close to Merichas (Kythnos' main port), with a very nice beach bar (Puntaki) with great music and polite service and sunbeds with ombrellas. You can also do water sports (kayak available to rent on site).

We had a wonderful time at this property.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location of the house is just perfect — peaceful, calm, and with absolutely stunning views. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Christos was incredibly kind and welcoming; he really stood out as a host. The highlights of our stay were definitely the location, the comfort of the house, and the overall tranquility. Highly recommended! I didn't like that Booking didn't warn that there was a state tourist tax supplement, that it had to be paid on the spot, and that there was no prior notice.

Kithnos is relatively underdeveloped for tourism.

Kithnos is relatively underdeveloped for tourism. Sure, there's all the usual tourist traps and gift shops ... but around that is a lot of geniune Greek island culture you can get into easily. Some lovely beaches! Be aware that attractions aren't well signposted and google maps aren't THAT accurate! We will return!
