It was an incredible vacation! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who also kindly helped us find a last-minute car rental. She is an extremely kind and helpful person, always present at the property and available 24/7 via WhatsApp. YOU Kolona Concept is a place of complete privacy, where you immediately feel at home, and where the service is truly tailored to each guest’s needs. The staff is friendly and attentive to every request. Each morning, breakfast is served either on the private terrace in front of the pool or in the lobby at your preferred time. Great care and attention go into both the preparation and the service. The property also has sun umbrellas on the beach just across the street—undoubtedly the most beautiful beach on the island—where you can even enjoy the sunset. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos: spotlessly clean, with a breathtaking view and a private pool just for us. We leave our hearts in this place and hope to return soon.

We felt our shoulders drop and worries melt away the moment we arrived at YFES. We loved every moment of our stay, starting with a very kind upgrade to a room with a hot tub and we really loved the pool and the private beach. Ariadne and Ilias made our stay so memorable that we can’t wait to come back again. If you’re looking for a tranquil and luxurious hotel to switch off and recharge, this is truly it. We can’t wait to watch the hotel grow and blossom and come back again soon!

🌟 Wonderful stay in Kythnos – An experience worth having! 🌟 We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel in Kythnos – a true gem on this stunning Cycladic island! The rooms were stylishly decorated, combining Cycladic simplicity with modern touches. The sea view from our balcony was breathtaking – perfect for relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. Everything was spotless, with great attention to detail throughout the property. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which we really appreciated, and the overall amenities were excellent, fully meeting our needs. The hotel’s location offers peace and quiet while still being close to local attractions and beaches. This stay was the epitome of authentic Greek hospitality! It's not just about the excellent services, the prime location (less than 100 meters from the heart of the village), or the breathtaking view from our second-floor balcony — it's about the people behind it all. Their passion for what they do shines through every detail, and it's clear they genuinely love welcoming guests. As Greeks traveling in our own country, this was one of the most memorable and heartwarming experiences we've ever had. We left with full hearts and a strong desire to return. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be coming back to Kythnos, thanks to this incredible host! If only Booking com could allow users once a year to rate a business with more than a 10... They would for sure get it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and the outdoor space was perfect. The beach Naousa was in walking distance and one of the best of Kythnos. There was aircon in every room and you felt at home. Both the manager and the owner of the place was super sweet. Walking uphill from the beach to the house I passed the owners Nikos house who yelled my name and gave me a cold beer for the trip. We didn't want to leave but will for sure be back.

Was disappointed with Arapis restaurant.

Was disappointed with Arapis restaurant. Trip advisor reviews were good but my dinner of chicken and rice seemed like uncle Ben’s rice and overcooked frozen chicken. Had fantastic ice cream tho at the Maistrali and lunch at the Veggaria. Such a lovely lady there.

Very beautiful island, nearby to Piraeus and Lavrio ports (approx. 3hrs from Piraeus and 1 1/2 hours from Lavrio). Great food, friendly people, can satisfy almost everyone, either looking for peace, restaurants, bars and some nightlife.

Episkopi is one very nice sandy beach, close to Merichas (Kythnos' main port), with a very nice beach bar (Puntaki) with great music and polite service and sunbeds with ombrellas. You can also do water sports (kayak available to rent on site).

We had a wonderful time at this property.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location of the house is just perfect — peaceful, calm, and with absolutely stunning views. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Christos was incredibly kind and welcoming; he really stood out as a host. The highlights of our stay were definitely the location, the comfort of the house, and the overall tranquility. Highly recommended! I didn't like that Booking didn't warn that there was a state tourist tax supplement, that it had to be paid on the spot, and that there was no prior notice.

Kithnos is relatively underdeveloped for tourism.

Kithnos is relatively underdeveloped for tourism. Sure, there's all the usual tourist traps and gift shops ... but around that is a lot of geniune Greek island culture you can get into easily. Some lovely beaches! Be aware that attractions aren't well signposted and google maps aren't THAT accurate! We will return!
