Everything!! The hotel was lovely, the staff super nice, Michalis was super kind to me, the hotel was clean, tidy and cute, all the paintings made by Michalis’ wife. And the waitress at the restaurant was also great. ;)

Extremely charming and authentic place. The owners put their heart and soul in everything they do for the hotel which you feel everywhere. They are very attentive and fulfill every wish you have. Also, its always wunderful to have a chat with them. Beautiful view over the bay and very calm location where you will sleep like a baby. We had a wonderful 2 Week stay.

Stunning sea views from the large private balcony overlooking the town of Myrina, with a clear view of Mount Athos in the distance which made for spectacular sunsets. Very peaceful, quiet setting with beautiful, flower-filled gardens and ample parking right outside. Comfortable, attractive, recently refurbished studio apartment with everything we needed for an extended stay, (essential kitchen equipment, coffee machines, laundry rack, air conditioning, very comfortable bed and really good wifi). Daily cleaning service offering fresh towels if needed... and the ladies were very kind in adapting to my late hours and coming to clean in the afternoon! In fact, all of the staff were very helpful and really sweet. Complimentary wine, water, coffee and sweets on arrival were a lovely touch. And we were so grateful when they offered us a late check out because we didn't have to leave until 4.15 pm to catch our flight... which enabled us to make the most of our last day! There were two great supermarkets and a fabulous bakery/coffee shop a few minutes' walk away and the beach and town centre were in walking distance. I have spent lots of time travelling in Greece over the years and I found Lemnos a very quiet island. There are few tourist attractions (the most notable being the beautiful archaeological sites and Myrina Castle) and in June there were few tourists which made things VERY peaceful, maybe too much for some people... though obviously July and August will be very different. This is clearly not an island to go to for nightlife or lots of activities. There are many lovely beaches - most deserted and some with excellent, stylish facilities. The standard of food and wine were fantastic and excellent value for money and we found so many lovely tavernas and ouzeries, both in Myrina and in the small villages on the coast and inland. All in all, a great place to relax and unwind... and put on a few kilos!

Stunning location with the quiet beach of Agios Ioannis straight in front and the surrounding hills behind. You can walk straight from your little villa down to the sea with deck chairs and a shower perched above. The villa themselves have all the equipment you could need to cook a variety of dishes including Moussaka, to enjoy and sit outside on the balcony with a glass of wine. If cooking isn't your thing there is a taverna just next-door with fresh fish and a variety of other dishes. Its a lovely village layout of the villas, with wonderful kept landscaping where you have the space to relax and not to be disturbed. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get, the extra bonus is the Host Fotis who is incredible helpful and friendly and is a real joy to meet.

The welcome , the room & the breakfast were all excellent. I was only there for one night a brief visit to Limnos. My wife & I had seen the hotel in the summer time and had thought it would be good for my i night stopover. It surpassed my expectations and for those travelling in the summer it is close to all ammenities, Tavernas , Taxis,Shops , Fishing harbour , castle & beaches. Heartily reccomend it

Place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend. Balcony overlooking the sea is a great size. Pool is fantastic. Grounds neat. Parking available. Staff is amazing, very attentive, and friendly. Breakfast is basic and repetitive, but has all you need. Plati beach 2 mins away, lovely beach with umbrellas at no charge, but serviced - can buy food/drinks. We'll be back for sure

Limnos (Lemnos) has a lot to offer.

Limnos (Lemnos) has a lot to offer. Beautiful scenery, ancient ruins, amazing history and a relationship with WWI. Beautiful sandy beaches. excellent low priced tavernas and lovel ylocal white wine. The people are very friendly and helpful. Exploring the island in a car is ideal for adults as it has a very good road network. If not hiring a car there are small coach tours which are useful to get to know the island of Hyfaistos. An excellent holiday destination but choose the right time of year as it gets very busy in July/August.

The room was so small, we could barely move to go to the...

The room was so small, we could barely move to go to the bathroom. There was no balcony. The room was at the second floor. Everytime someone would close the front door downstairs or climb the staircase, the room was shaking, as an earthquake was taking place! But the worse of all was that the third night, because of the rain, the roof was leaking and our things that were near the wall were all wet. When I called the person responsible and explained the situation, he said that he was sorry, but there was nothing he could do and that he would fix the damage in October!!! I tried contacting Booking, they responded the next day, sending impersonal apologies and asking for evaluation. We left the room the next day, although we have booked for four more nights, which were of course charged, like we were there. Noone from the room was ever bothered to call.

This is a graphic seaside village with traditional houses...

This is a graphic seaside village with traditional houses and taverns and a small port for fishing and sailing boats, in a rural area with beautiful surrounding scenery, with many clean sandy beaches nearby with crystal clear waters,. It is quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and rejuvenate, from spring to summer.

So many places to choose to eat at very friendly locals so kind so much to see in relation to historic and ancient sites island was quite large to see outskirts a car is a good idea as public transport is quite sparse

The Military Museum was a very good introduction to the WW1...

The Military Museum was a very good introduction to the WW1 history of the area and the guide there was very helpful. New signage at sites of significance were also helpful. The local people were very friendly and accommodating.
