This place is amazing! Beautiful designed, delicious food, outdoor gym, lots of sights of relief, 2 lovely small beaches with no one there, delicious breakfast and dinner. The Staff is PERFECT, everyone from the Manager to lovely staff at the pool bar and the restaurant make the stay really special. This place has amazingly good vibe, it’s hard to explain but You feel calm and relaxed the moment You arrive at Akre. I mostly appreciated: lovely Staff, an option of decaf espresso at the pool, design, breakfast and THE VIEW ✨

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, perfectly blending into the Cycladic surroundings with its elegant and authentic style. The spacious layout creates a relaxing atmosphere, and the stunning swimming pool and fantastic gym added an extra level of comfort and luxury. One of the biggest highlights is the location – just a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the entire island of Naxos. Crystal-clear water and soft sand made it the perfect spot to unwind every day. Breakfast was a daily delight, featuring a variety of delicious options with a homemade touch that made every morning special. The rooftop restaurant is another highlight – not only does it serve incredible food, but the views are absolutely breathtaking. We are already looking forward to returning. Sundunes Hotel is a place where luxury, authenticity, and heartfelt hospitality come together in the most beautiful setting.

Very friendly staff (specially the breakfast crew). Great breakfast. Very nice and new infrastructure, room cleaning was perfect. Laid back and quiet atmosphere, guests are booking this hotel to relax (even the pool music is comfortable low and not annoying). We asked before arrival for a more private room because we always sleep with the balcony door wide open and we got a perfect room to the side of the hotel. We will return for sure.

Amazing place, perfect location close to the city centre and only a few minutes walk to the bus stop, which is very important for the tourists without car. Our room was very comfortable and we have all we need for our stay. Swimming pool on the roof was very convenient, you can relax in the evening and freshen up in the morning. Diana is a super polite and nice person! The hotel is located in a quiet place. We enjoy very much our stay!

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. The property was stunning – beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making us feel immediately at home and completely relaxed. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They were incredibly welcoming, provided great local recommendations, and were always available if we needed anything. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. The location was ideal – peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and beaches. Waking up each morning to the sound of the sea and sipping coffee on the terrace was pure bliss. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely return on our next trip to Greece. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway!

Lianos is amazing property we stayed for 2 weeks what can we say everything was exceptional a family run hotel from the cleaners to all the staff in the morning were all so friendly breakfast was fantastic everything u could imagine and more the hotel rooms and pool area is all beautiful the lady on reception always had a smile on her face and couldn't do enough for you the morn we were leaving we were up so early she had toasted sandwiches made for us and a water each for our journey it is about a 15 min walk into the village and a 5 min walk to beach ⛱

Very friendly staff, daily cleaning - I never hesitate to walk barefoot in any apartment, but here I could because it was exceptionally clean! The bathroom was amazing, and the terrace provided a truly private experience. The beach and bus stop are conveniently located, and there is a well-equipped supermarket nearby. Agia Anna is a charming village with numerous restaurants and cafes to explore.

This property was outstanding. The room we had with private pool, jacuzzi and bathtub was gorgeous. The staff were amazing and we absolutely loved our stay. It is on the bus line to the closest beach. The breakfast was all home made and really yummy. Very organic ingredients and beautifully presented. We will definitely be back!

Everything about this charming little hotel was much more than we imagined. Air con worked perfectly, the room was spotless and the bedding and towels were replaced every day. The owner was so obliging and nothing was too much trouble during our 2 week stay. We had a beautiful balcony which was such a sun trap.

It's a very attractive place to stay and a good centre for visiting the rest of this fascinating island. The narrow streets in the old area around the citadel are fascinating to explore. Very wide choice of excellent restaurants, most of them very reasonably priced. Staff are invariably pleasant and helpful, and usually speak English fluently. The bus office is also a great facility.

Hotel was difficult to find. It didn't show on Google maps. Eventually found out about 100 meters north out of town where one market is directly across the street from another market. The market on the right out of town essentially checks you in.

Mikri Vigla is a quiet town with a couple bakeries and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets and beaches, but you should have a car / moped to get around. The bus from Naxos Chora is infrequent and drops off at the beach, not the town proper.

lovely place to stay at and best of all Tosas mom was the sweetest and makes all homemade goods and breakfast, youll never get hungry here . we were greeted with plentiful of fruits and homebaked goods.the place was quiet and had the best views of the town and seaview..we wished we stayed here longer..they clean the place everyday and provides fresh towels and beddings changed everyday. Tosas had given us ideas to where to go and see some attractions and restaurants too.. we loved our stay here..

We liked the premises and quiet sandy beach. There is free parking on premise and some very good restaurants nearby. Make sure that when you get the sea view room, you ask for the direct and not the side views room.

Very nice big calm beach but unfortunately I went in October...

Very nice big calm beach but unfortunately I went in October and some days it rained. I would recommend going also to a beach a little south called Mikri Vigla where you can find smaller more intimate beaches.

Near Moutsouna on the eastern coast of Naxos, a small house...

Near Moutsouna on the eastern coast of Naxos, a small house for two people nestled in the peaceful countryside. In the morning, the sounds of buzzards echo, and you can admire the flights of peregrine falcons in a deep blue sky. In the evening, the bells of goats and sheep create a bucolic atmosphere. Nearby, there are beautiful, secluded sandy beaches (Psili Amnos) and pebble beaches (Azalas). Matthew and Giannis are extremely kind and helpful hosts, welcoming their guests with genuine courtesy and delicious produce from their small garden. We spent 12 truly special days. About 12 km south of the house, from the beautiful beach of Panermos, you can daily embark for the splendid Koufonissi.

Apeiranthos is a really lovely village up in the mountains...

Apeiranthos is a really lovely village up in the mountains of Naxos. You park just outside the village then walk in to the village. It’s steep but there is a level walk you can follow for the majority of your visit if you do not feel able to explore. If you do, you are rewarded with magical alleyways and a maze of paths and views with little churches etc. The restaurants are fantastic in the village. You can sit and eat in little squares or look out from terraces to the countryside below. If you have a car you can explore nearby villages, churches and coast.

The people in Naxos were all so kind and thoughtful.

The people in Naxos were all so kind and thoughtful. The town felt very authentic. The food was delicious. The island had many charming places , but was difficult to navigate. GPS often took you off main roads and into areas difficult to drive and easy to get lost.

Filotion is nicely centered between great other places to...

Filotion is nicely centered between great other places to visit but with a spectacular view if you are lucky in the appartement choice. It has a nice village centre great restaurants, a nice old village unspoiled by touristic shops and a beautiful church and very nice folkore museum.
