Fantastic location looking over the town to the Lake. What a wonderful host and beautiful spot for us to stay. The food for breakfast was phenomenal and they could not do enough for our stay. It was fantastic!!! The room, with a view across the town, was exceptional.

The reconstructed house is absolutely magical in its appearance. Its owner was born here and, according to his own words, spent ten years renovating it. The hotel is run by a married couple who obviously devote all their time to this establishment. It's a great place to start your excursions in the surrounding countryside, which hides something of its history at every turn.

It is our second time in Prespa region and second stay Agios Germanos hotel . And we choose this hotel again because our first stay also was great. It is so nice, so authentic, so comfortable !! Maria is very hospital! Great food, great facilities and great beautiful nature around! Dinner in the garden, fresh cool air, nice food and kind people. The location is magical. Proprietors are really friendly, they even insisted on packing us some breakfast items on checkout, when we missed the breakfast hours. The room is nicely furnished, the balcony is great, the windows are fitted with insect screens.

What an amazing place. We had fantastic views of the lake from our balcony. It is run by a lovely family who were very friendly and helpful. They provided a fantastic breakfast. We loved that their very cute dog would also take itself for a walk with us! We just wished that we were able to stay longer. The whole place had a very chilled vibe and we loved it.
