The Green and Blue Island

It's not just a hotel. It is a place where you will feel at home, like you are part of the family. Cristos and his son Dimitris are the cutest and nicest greek persons you'll ever meet. They love what they do and you can feel it. Dimitris recommended the best places for food and the best beaches on the island. Cristos prepared the best breakfast with homemade jams and tried to help with everything even if he doesn't speak english. The room is spacious, clean and very cosy. And oh the balcony.. I felt like Donna from Mamma Mia opening and entering that balcony every morning.
There is no doubt I'll be back to this pansion.

Rooms were very smart, modern and tidy. everything looked new and everything worked! Air con was really quick to cool the room. Very clean. Friendly attentive staff on reception and in the breakfast dining room. Breakfast was self service, very good, and varied over the 2 days we stayed, and it made breakfast an enjoyable relaxing start to the day. We didn't use the pool but we had a look and it was clean and well kept. We would definitely stay there again next time we come to Skopelos, hopefully for a longer stay next time. It was about 5 mins to the main port on foot and so there was no traffic noise at night.

The entire spot is wonderful. The apartment was great for our family of four, it had amazing beds, small functional kitchen, all you need for holiday. The breakfast was great and it covered all what we needed. The area is simply magnificent, so is the owner Stefania who was simply wonderful. The estate has its own private beach nested in a forest which has clean air and most of the time you don't need AC to cool off. The bar at the beach serves the most delicious cocktails and snacks (pizza, pasta, etc) and right next to the estate you have a wonderful family owned fish restaurant. We would certainly come back.

We had an amazing time at Evlalia. The room offered a stunning view of Skopelos town and the bay, and the location was within walking distance of the town. Anestis arranged a scooter for us to explore the island and was extremely accommodating with all our requests. We really enjoyed our time at the pool, and they even opened the bar earlier when they noticed how much we were enjoying ourselves. Stephanos and Renia at breakfast were very friendly, making the start of each day delightful. Thank you for everything; we hope to return one day.

Amazing stay here with the kindest staff. Great views of the sea. The owner, Maria, is so friendly and helpful, as are the rest of the staff. She upgraded our room without having to ask so we could enjoy the view, also received a complimentary transfer to the top of the hill from the ferry port and back down. Went above and beyond. Thank you Maria, i will be back!

Really loved our stay here! The area around the hotel is super chill and well taken care of. The pool is great – clean and perfect for relaxing. The bed was really comfy, and the rooms by the pool were extra cozy. Also, the bar next to the pool is amazing – great vibes and tasty drinks. Would definitely come back!

Every thing about this hotel was wonderful.
It's settled in a small bay and has It's own private beach
The rooms are spacious and even the ones with partial sea view " have a wonderful sea view.
And the staff did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible

Lots of Greeks holiday there and it’s not Osborn with tourists.
Very friendly vibe, very very different to Skiathos vibe.
Nice shopping, easy to get around to beaches etc by bus.
Beaches are some of the best we’ve ever been too.

By rented car cca. 5-7 minutes to 3 nicest beaches on Skopelos ,
20 -25 minutes to port and from port to catch ferry to Skiathos ( 10 minutes by Seajet speedliner ) , 25 minutes by car to other interesting places from Mama Mia musical movie.

Getting to the island was a little bit of a challenge but...
Getting to the island was a little bit of a challenge but very much worth it.
The beaches around the island are absolutely beautiful with crystal clear waters, and they are a short drive away from Stafylos which makes it an ideal base location.
Moped and car rental is very cheap, we rented a moped for 12 days which cost around £140.
The island was of course one of the filming locations for Mamma Mia! so if you are interested in visiting them there are tours available, but I would personally recommend doing some research before you visit and explore yourself. The Chapel of St. John is one location that is in particularly beautiful, and I would recommend visiting around dusk as the sky is like a painting.
The town offers amazing places to eat and drink, depending where you go the prices vary but there is lots to choose from,
I would recommend Kochylis bakery and patisserie for breakfast and lunch, and there is a food van near in the evenings that offer a traditional gyros that are cheap for the portion size.
10/10 would recommend to anyone, truly beautiful place that I would happily visit again/

If you want a stay to relax in a gorgeous village high in the mountains with amazing views easy access to the magnificent beaches of Skopelo this is the place to stay. The apartment is like a little cottage clean and has all amenities even an external laundry.
You will not want to leave and the host is very accommodating not that you will need her my experience with the host was the introduction to the place she was very thorough showed us every nook and cranny. The village has two mini supermarkets and a few restaurants/tavern, and a gorgeous bakery.Everything is walking distance. This village is super stunning the locals very friendly.
Total quiet during the night, waking up to the noise of roosters, church bells and the smell coming from the bakery.

Agnontas is a beautiful, clean small village set among pine trees and mountains. A small bay with a lovely beach and crystal clear waters, sailing boats and fishing boats. The village only boasts a general store and three Taverna, local homes and some with accommodation for guests, Close enough to Skopelos Town by bus or taxi, within walking distance of Limnonari beach and natural beauty hiking paths.
This village is quiet and peace-filled.
The three Taverna offer both authentic Greek food, Seafood and one offers a fusion-variety of Greek food.

My wife and I spent 6 nights at Alexandros Luxury Apartment...
My wife and I spent 6 nights at Alexandros Luxury Apartment in Glossa, from July 25th to July 31st, 2026. The weather was nice, around 30 C during the day and a pleasant 20 C at night. We stayed in a picturesque village with narrow rocky paths, built on a hill above the sea. The view from the apartment's balcony of the sea and the village below is beautiful.
Cozy accommodation in a new, clean apartment lined with white marble, which is pleasantly cool on hot days. All windows are covered with mosquito nets, so there is no need to use air conditioning at night, when it gets pleasantly cool. A fridge with freezer, washing machine and TV are also new working properly. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, but we recommend menus from local taverns, which the hosts will be happy to introduce to you.
The hosts, gym teacher Dimitra and her son George, are very warm and friendly people who are always ready to help and advice. We learned a lot of interesting information about the Greek islands and the customs of the people who live on the island of Skopelos and in the village of Glossa. We had a great time together and became good friends. We look forward to visiting these fantastic people again.
We wish George much success in his studies in Rome and hope that Dimitra will maintain her positive approach to life, which helps everyone around her.

Skopelos Town is like a smaller and more quiet version of Skiathos town. We liked both, but the main problem with Skopelos Town is the lack of a nice beach. You need to take the bus, or rent a car as we did. On the other hand it is wonderful to just walk around in the small alleys and the view from the top is amazing. There are plenty of restaurants and shops and some nice bars as well. I recommend taking a boat trip to Alonissos from the harbour.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach. The rooms are large, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping did an excellent job every day.
The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast on the beautiful terrace covered with grapevines, which created a relaxing and charming atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would be happy to stay here again.

Very scenic location with one of the most beautiful and accesible beaches on the island and a very good and affordable restaurant with incredible view. On the downside is that the beach is quite narrow and every day or so the passing sea jet will cause huge waves which sweep away everything that sits on the beach. Also, beach bar is very expensive with a very basic selection of foods and drinks.
