We had the most incredible time in this hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely and the facilities were gorgeous, with incredible views on the mountains. A truly memorable stay. The breakfast was a highlight!

I liked it because it was clean and bed an the sheets smelled good and the room was warm and comfortable. Another very good characteristic was that the carpet was clean as well as the bathroom. The stuff was also very polite, understanding and ready to help at any moment.

The location is very good, very comfy, really good value for what we paid for. It was the cheapest and one of the best accommodations that we had the whole trip (8 days around the Peloponnese and Athens). Had the best sleep of the trip as well.

Very central, easy access, parking very close, the hotel was clean, it was beautifully renovated. The lights outside, the foyer, seating area all very Beautiful, so it was inviting to enter. The room was great, comfortable, loved the balcony. Restaurants & cafes right around, fantastic spot

Excellent value for money. Warm welcome, good Wi-Fi, an impeccably clean bathroom, effective air conditioning, and comfortable beds. I honestly can't find anything negative to say about this place considering the price. There's a supermarket just 2 minutes away across the street.

An excellent hotel, brand new, with amasing views of Livadia and the surrounding hills. Large rooms, clean, comfy beds. The location is excellent as it allows you to walk a few steps down and be right at the KRYA springs, rivers and ponds as well as cafes, restaurants. The main part of Livadia (main square with all the stores and more restaurants) is only an additional 5 mins walk. The hotel has an excellent underground garage so once there you do not really need to worry about your car anymore. Breakfast was great. As the manager (George) said "here we do not cook, we create"; he was absolutely right. The staff (all the staff) were extremely polite, helpful and upbeat. We spend two great days there, every night out at tavernas with live music, great wine and great food. All in all, a great hotel to spend time in Livadia.

A nice little hotel located on a square and facing the church in the quiet and friendly town of Distomo. We used it as accommodation while visiting the Monastery of Hosios Loukas. The owner, who welcomed us, was very kind and friendly.
