Friendly stuff, the rooms are very good, great view. Food is good in small portions. Pool area is very comfortable. 10 out of 10 for the facilities. If the top floor is available (with jacuzzi), go for it. Worth the extra.. Sunset cocktails at the hotel are also highly recommended, great view of the beach / Golf. The local food at Akrata Beach is TOP quality and worth the 10 min drive. Check out the local fish, any good restaurant will be more than happy to show you the daily catch.

We have stayed here numerous times, never disappointed. Rooms are modern, clean, showers large and good quality. This place exceeds my expectations, excellent standard of accommodation. Location lovely 2 min walk to beach and tavernas. Quiet local greek town..

What a wonderful room we had in this lovely place. It had everything such as big TV, speakers, games and was beautifully furnished. The bed was really comfortable and the way we were given breakfast was unique and brilliant as they just filled our fridge with food for the morning! We absolutely loved the place.

We liked the service and amenities and welcoming owner/ staffs. Very helpful and friendly. Very generous and kind, we had huge breakfasts and the amenities were always filled and the gentleman was always checking if we need anything else. Wood was always filled as well as it was cold up in the mountain so that we could light up the chimney. We will definitely recommend this place and will definetely come back. Very happy .

The hotel is a really small diamond in the mountains. The best views are for sure if you book it. The room were very clean and the towels smelled so nice. It was very hot but you could also set up a fireplace for romantic atmosphere. The breakfast was very delicious as well. My best recommendations.

The host was very warm and kind.The view was superb. The room was really cozy with a fireplace which creates a super atmosphere in a winter night. the bed was super comfy as it was Coco-Mat(a premium greek brand). The breakfast was perfect and served in the room .

It’s easy to drive from Kato to Messaio to Ano Trikal and...

It’s easy to drive from Kato to Messaio to Ano Trikal and surrounding areas by car. Messaio has more restaurants. But Kato has a nice plateia, circular hike trails, and a few restaurants and cafes as well! Especially if snow is on upper areas, Kato area may remain dry and roads clear!

Excellent village with nice accommodations, restaurants and coffee shops. Very close to the ski center and other villages to visit. Very close to Athens city (1,5 hours of national road and 20' of easy roads)
