We booked here only for one night and it was OK. We have been in other five star hotels and this one is in comparisson a province five stars. For the price fully OK, not much to complain, except that there were only 1 bath towel per person provided, no face towel. Our rooms needed some renovation but was clean and quiet. The personal is proffesional and friendly. They stored our luggage while we visited the town. The breakfast was great, lot of choice and live counters. Mostly Asian food, which was delicious (we avoid Western food while in Asia).

The location is very good. Easily find food nearby. There is also a supermarket beside the hotel. The room is very clean and the staffs are very friendly. They even prepared early breakfast for us as we got an early flight to catch. Thank you.

Love that the staff is very friendly, always helping throughout the stay. breakfast sent to room and able to customise even if not in the menu. room had a well functioning ac, restaurant coffee tastes nice. we booked for massage from mbak fitri, an exceptional service indeed. booked twice for the massage! location is private, very calm everyday. staff is very nice and assists us to buy kapal cepat from pelabuhan balohan with ni extra charge. love every bits of the stay, will definitely come back if there's a chance

Stayes for only 1 night but it was fine, we got 2 twin room and they were spacious and clean, very comfortable. Near to stores and shops, convenient

Staying at Santi Garden was truly a wonderful experience. Robi, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful, always there when we needed something, and he made us feel completely at home from the start. The place itself is full of charm, surrounded by lush vegetation, and has easy access to the sea with amazing snorkeling spots just steps away. You can rent scooters directly from Robi or arrange any kind of transport around the island, he makes everything easy. It’s been an absolute pleasure staying here, and I would return without a doubt.

Location is close to eating places. Staff is very friendly and responsive via WhatsApp when I asked to change rooms because the fan room was very warm, even in the evening.

Staff were excellent. I was there for 3 nights and I had zero wi fi in my room (and room was pretty crappy and old- don't stay in 217), but they happily changed me to a much better room (with wi fi) for last 2 nights.

This hotel knows how to make the guests feel at home.It is a pleasure to stay there.The room service meals are really great value and tasty.The breakfast is also great variety and plentiful.We will be back and a special thankyou to Eddie who made our stay so lovely.
