Space room, nice terrace, not noisy, shops and restaurants round the corner, friendly and competent staff, good breakfast

We had amazing stay there! Room was very well equipped, super clean with a comfortable bed. Garden with a swimming pool was perfect. Hotel staff was nice and ready to help with everything!

A sensational new hotel in the perfect location right on Sanur beach. Rooms are beautiful, as is the resort, which has incredible gardens and a fantastic swim-up bar. The staff are wonderful and went above and beyond to give us a great stay. Incredible value for money. Would highly recommend.

We were upgraded to Parigata Villa because they did not have our booking. We were lucky we had a villa with a private pool . Room was very big and comfortable . Breakfast was delicious and fulfill. Staff very friendly

The whole property is immaculate. Fresh white paint inside and out, not a weed in site. Staff are working all day to clean and manicure, even the external corridors on each floor. The 2 single beds we had are the among the best beds we've ever slept in. Efficient reception staff. A grand entrance and foyer which make waiting for taxis easy and comfortable. Our room was a standard hotel room with a balcony with clothes hanger. Perfectly comfortable. Meals are fine, but not exceptional. An attempt is made to vary the hot food each day. There's good range of breakfast food and a varied dining and room service menu. Room service is excellent but having the plates etc removed took well into the next day. We have moved now to a 4 star hotel in Nusa Dua and can say that the Grand Palace, Sanur is indeed a palace by comparison! The location is good. Easy for getting transport but about a 15 minute walk to the Icon shopping mall and the beach.

Appreciate for all service! Room is clean and nice . Housekeeping is amazing. And our daughter had a lot fun at every breakfast. Thank you so much. Definitely will come back.

What I liked the best was the location, its really close to kind of restaurants, pharmacy, stores, and most importantly next to best ice cream store in town. The pool was also one of things I liked, the size was good and there was enough space! The bar is also by the pool so you can always just swim and grab drink.

The breakfast is very good, and freshly made, with both western and Indonesian options. The location is very good, with just a short stroll to the beach, and lots of cafes, shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The staff is awesome, and the hotel is very clean.

We didn't end up staying in the room we booked through Booking.com at the Bali Beach Hotel as they are renovating rooms so they upgraded us to a Garden Suite in their brand new Signature hotel in the complex The Meru which was absolutely huge.

Room was a good size. Everything was nice. Beds were comfortable.

Everything was perfect: location, the large room and lovely balcony, having a bath as well as a shower, the swimming pool, the beach, the restaurants, the staff.
